Zac was great in informing me about my Mum's eye condition, which isn't very good. He explained everything brilliantly and informed me on what could be done to help her see a little better. I hope it works as it was her worst fear of going blind. Thank you Robyn Wilson

Your assessment seems excellent but I received nothing via email to confirm our conversation. I did authorise the quote over the phone but I still want written details.
I am also wondering why the glasses take so long. My mother at 99 is in dire need of them.

Nick was very helpful with excellent communication skills regarding my mother. He rang before he checked her eyes and again afterwards to explain findings and what glasses were needed.

The cunning way they took advantage of my brother in aged care by not offering free spectacles under the Qld Health Scheme as an alternative.
Prescribed lens that were inappropriate to his needs initially demanding money for them
then took ages to rectify and supply.
Staff come into the facility to fit his glasses without staff or family notified prior so no one was present to advocate for my brother. The facility staff and my family including myself took days to find the glasses he paid for. This is nothing more than elder abuse from this company.

Very happy with care given to my mother and so much easier than having to take her to an appointment. She is looking forward to receiving her new glasses.

Opportunistic unethical company healthcareto2you have contract to service bethesda nursing home they failed to offer seniors discount or offer free frames lenses under govt spectacles supply scheme to residents saying discount only to gold card or health fund. They supplied my elderly brother with parkinsons distance glasses instead of bifocals yet asked for payment. It took a month and many calls to resolve this issue including when innocently asking if they had taken the spectacles back for return and was told by staff they had. But then i was told i was given wrong information and if we couldnt find them we would have to pay for them as well as the new glasses. John had just come out of intensive care it was so much added stress over simply supplying the correct prescription and paying for same. I found it a blame game instead of resolving assuming fault by elderly. I got help from another manager finally. They made the mistake in the first place. Elderly in nursing homes are disadvantaged and vulnerable. Shame on you healthcare2U

So helpful and caring towards my Dad, who is in care. They treated him with respect and Dad was happy with this service. I also received an update on Dad's eyes and new glasses organised straight away. No fuss, just great service.

The firm attends to the needs of aged care patients at the Aged Care home of which my mother is resident. This review is on her behalf. The consultant (Debbie) came up with a range of sight enhancements to assist my mother's failing sight. All suggestions were comprehensive and acted upon. Debbie communicated with me (carer) after the appointment to tell me the results. The contact was timely and very professional.

Mum is 95. Has only 50% hearing and her English is poor. Despite this they were able to assess her and organise a set of glasses. She was even smiling at the end.

Good service provided to my mother in aged care. However the link that was sent to me via email to notify Healthcare 2 You of the wish to receive annual check ups doesn’t work, and I’ve had no response to my email so that I can rectify the issue.

Actual service from Optometrist and Optician very professional and caring. Backing organisation lacking. There was no advice of appointment time and, as carer, it was purely a coincidence that I was visiting when my wife was called. I was then sent an email directing me to visit a website and agree to annual checkups, whereupon I was denied access because I did not have a password. Frustrating!

The staff were understanding, professional and patient. They went out of their way to be helpful to older people.
While I was happy to pay a deposit, I shall only pay for the goods when I am happy with the quality.

My Mum lives in an Aged Care facility and she needed new glasses. She is unable to leave the facility so services need to go to her. We had a great experience with Healthcare 2 You. An optometrist was able to check her eyes, update her prescription and provide 2 pairs of suitable glasses with robust frames. Her name has been engraved on both pairs - something that had not been offered before. The billing process was smooth and we did not have to pay until Mum received her glasses and any suitable adjustments were made. I was kept fully informed about the process and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

It is a great service coming to Mum’s Aged Care facility, doing the required tests and then delivering back the glasses.
