Health Insurance Comparison

I made the mistake of filling out one of their online forms to obtain a quote so I could compare with what I was paying currently. Not surprisingly I received a follow-up call (actually two) neither of which I was able to take because I was already on the phone at the time. Since then I've received "ghost calls" (no one on the other end, the caller just hangs up) from mobile numbers attributed to this company through a reverse lookup service - every - single - day.
Stop trolling me you parasites.

Have never used this company, yet they call multiple times a day using differing mobile numbers. Despite them promising to remove my number they then start again about 2 months later. Serial spammers that harass you.

UPDATE; Yes I have been assured many times my number has been removed then you call back again. Clearly breaching the Spam Act and the Telecommunications Act (using a service to harass).

They transferred me over to Bupa from NIB and it has been a shambles ever since. Don't even know how they got my number as I only deal with Iselect or direct. I rang up to cancel and spoke with Marty who was very rude and unprofessional and wouldn't pass me onto the manager to cancel the policy.apparently there is no one else I can speak with to cancel my policy than the original sales person Jenny

Samuel was really professional and friendly. He helped us find the right plan to suit our specific needs, and got us a good rate, too. He's knowledgeable about the different funds out there and genuine as well, not pushy, and wasn't constantly trying to upsell us on anything. He just genuinely wanted to find us the best policy for US.

I was sceptical at first but I finished off being very impressed with the experience and the ease of which Anthea Gambas was able to find a better deal for me. I had been with my previous Health fund for 20 years and was hesitant to change but very glad I took the plunge.

Followed web inquiry with a helpful phone call. I ended up changing plans on their recommendation. Didn't save as much as I hoped but did end up with better inclusions. If you are someone who doesn't really know what cover you have or if you are paying too much then it would be worth checking them out.

Both Stacey and Julia were fantastic. Stacey helped me select the best insurance plan for me and Julia did a follow up call for any other queries. Would definitely recommend this service. It didn’t cost me anything extra (was the same price as going through the insurance company).

I initially elected to change health insurance providers but I heard nothing from HCF at all. I never got any welcome pack or any correspondence at all. So now, I have elected to stay with NIB.

Not been with them long but they seem to care about their clients and are very professional at all times.

Their service made finding the right health insurance policy easy. Their customer service was excellent

Service was great until we switched providers and then havnt had a response via email in regards to none of the waiting periods being waived as per the discussion had as to one of the perks of switching provider.

I deal with Health Insurance Comparison when I need their services, I have found them to be of service for the better with each dealing.
