Please don’t talk up the fact you sell Doterra and then not have what I need in stock after I’ve made the trip over. And then try to sell a cheap, waterdown brand instead as an alternative. Not great customer service, guys.

Amazing service visited today with a very specific ailment & the staff member who assisted me was fantastic, so genuine in her assistance and resourceful nature. Helped me to search in store & on their product availability to provide a suitable product (apologies that I cannot remember her name) Have been a previous customer & will continue to support this great business who have such a great variety of products & attentive staff who will go out of their way to help.

Walked in here today, a different place from my local health shop. They have the best customer service, staff were very friendly and helpful and also attentive. They have a wide range of products and in a convenient location I would highly recommend stopping by here.

Just walking into this lovely space makes me feel good. I could spend a lot of time here just looking at all the gorgeous products and learning more about health and eco friendly product options. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This place inspires me to take better care of myself, my family and the environment.

Agree with other reviews there is one particular staff member who is abrupt and unfriendly. I wouldn't mind if it was a once off - we all have bad days! But this is my experience every time I shop here. Shame because the rest of the staff are courteous and helpful.
