Health First Shepparton

I had a very comfortable and warm experience at Health First Group Shepparton. It was my first time seeing a physiotherapist and Adrian helped me to feel more at ease about getting back on track. If you feel unsettled about booking an appointment couldn’t recommend seeing him more.

Went with a leg complaint and physiotherapist knew exactly what was wrong and went to work and I instantly had relief

Have seen Adrian in the last couple of weeks with a sciatic complaint. He has helped to subdue my pain, provided exercise follow ups, and he has very good listening skills

I saw Courtney and was so comfortable with her. I have already made my next appointment and have every confidence she is the one to help me get full mobility again after having a reverse shoulder replacement.

Great physiotherapist and terrific admin staff who always try to work with you. I would highly recommend this place.

Did what was necessary, gave me a clear understanding if injury I have and exercises that will help with recovery

Robin was lovely, very very informative and helped me to understand my injury and how to best fix it, she understood it hurt and made sure the treatments she performed were tailored to that pain.
The ladies in reception were also so lovely in organising my next appointments and organised with my doctor to get a referral so I could get free sessions!
Cannot recommended enough

I came to health first for some physio work. I was looked after caringly and efficiently. I will be going for some more treatment. Not one of my favourite things to do, going to professional appointments but I was ok today. I hadn't been there before and tried to get a park on Wyndham St. Silly me there is a few parking spots on health first property. Easy parking. Certainly would recommend people go there if the need arises.

It is so refreshing to have a fantastic physio in the area. I am so pleased with the service that Robyn provides. Highly recommend.

Great physio who analysed the problem quickly, treated and offered a plan to get my body working again. Shockwave and dry needling so far seems to have eased my pain already. Polite and personable I would recommend Robin.

Trevor was in a lot of pain but the staff knew how to best help him and now there is a lot less pain for him.
The staff are very courteous and professional and know exactly how best to help.

Robyn was great, really listened and took the time to assess my injury, explained everything really well and in detail and followed up really quickly. She went through all of the recovery exercises with me and then emailed them to me with access to an app that has videos of them all as well as reminders you can set to make sure you do them. The clinic was really modern and well organised with all the expected covid hygiene measures. They also sell a few products like foam rollers, balls and resistance bands.

Friendly staff, Physiotherapist located point of pain very quickly and remedied issue quickly. Also advised of various stretches to perform daily.
Very pleased.

First visit. Very happy with professional staff. Exercise program that was emailed to me was great. Feel confident Robyn will be able to fix my back problems. See you next week.

I have been in so much discomfort for years. My first visit, and they know exactly what they are doing. I feel very positive, after my experience, that I am going to get heaps better. The staff are absolutely wonderful.

I wouldn’t even give this service a single star, very poor people skills, you could even sense this over the phone much before your face to face meeting

Great physio, Lily. Very punctual and caring, however 20minutes appointment times are inadequate. Feels rushed and like treatment is cut short due to timeframe. Not physios fault, they are lovely, but perhaps would be more beneficial to have longer appts. Also, can get the a 45min appointment elsewhere in town for the same price as 20minutes here. Would not recommend.
I'm now in a lot more pain than I was before I went in, to the point that I can't put weight on my leg.
I had to ask for the dry needling to stop becuase something wasn't right, I handle pain fairly well, but this was next level.
I went in with similar issues in both legs, however only one leg was looked at - I feel like this is due to a strict 20 minute time slot and poor time management.

Now I'm off to another pyhsio to try and fix 2 issues!
