Customer service is really bad in my opinion. The lady name was Harpreet who trying to tell me eat roties three times a day. Which Dietion would tell you this to lose weight I was eating 1600 calories until lunch she told me it is very low. I wasn’t rude to her she was rushing and was not answering my questions I was just asking here tell me where to find ur recipes she did not know how to talk to a customers, good luck I could barely hear them when they talk from Australia. Yes I do know exact what pyramid system because it is written clearly on ur app. It is a good money making business one drops bottle is $250. Why would u take someone money if u cannot be polite to answer their inquiries;Good luck I hope it will make you rich one day. I hope u train ur staff how to talk with customers. Rupinder was a very polite person this Harpreet lady and the man (owner) failed to answer my question so therefore I left them with their judging others business. The owner was so rude and did not know how to talk with a female customers. Whoever read this will understand what I mean. The owner told me don’t call Harpreet a lady when I did not know her name in the beginning.what would u call a female a man? They never listen to you then they talk over you.what a rubbish service don’t waste ur time calling them from canada.

My name is Surjit Kaur and I want to say thanks to HD team specially Rupinder and Sakshi. I lose 5 kg weight In 42 days and I am so happy. HD staff is really helpful. They guide me throughout the program. They call me every second day to talk about how my weight going on and what should I need to do. Big thing in this program is I lose my weight without leaving my Indian Food. I eat my normal food during my program.
