I’m soooo grateful to have found the healing pond! I have a strong fear of needles but wanted to try acupuncture for a few health issues. Dr Carrie is so gentle and caring and has made my experience feel safe and not scary. My health has dramatically improved after years of suffering and not many answers for it. Dr Carrie is incredibly knowledgeable and always knows the root of the cause. I recommend everyone to try acupuncture even if you don’t have a specific reason it’s such a good practice that you will never regret!

As a Westerner I was once uncertain about traditional Chinese medicine. I’ve been seeing Dr Carrie (Kai Yan) intermittently for 6-7 years now and she is amazing. Her perspective on my various aches and pains and stresses - and mental and emotional state - is so insightful, annd aLeah’s helpful. She is my first port of call for really anything now. Dr Kaiyan Li is a professional and passionate TCM practitioner who I have been recommending to friends and family for the past few years. From my personal experience, I can feel that she truly cares about her clients and will do everything she can to improve my health issues, whether that be through herbal medicine prescriptions, acupuncture, gua sha or general lifestyle/diet recommendations.

Dr Kaiyan (Carrie) is true carer of my body and mind:) E.g. My Hay-fever is well-managed without antihistamines！HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Dr Carrie if you wanna try acupuncture! As a experienced acupuncture user, I can tell her needles get the pressure points so precisely, and she apply the needles not only for the well-known points, but also the “quiet” points that assist the work done better. Other treatments like Scrapping and cupping are also works well for my problems. She is more reliable than my GP:)
