Great: I had a signature facial there with Ginny. It was so thorough from the beginning till finish. The team made sure that client is satisfied enough, Ginny had a great masseur skills. Definitely coming back

Good service, but would not recommend for brown skin. The treatments aren't suitable skin of color.

Had a facial with Amy. She did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable. Amy would check to see I was doing well mid facial and made everything easy and smooth. She massaged so well! Has amazing hands. Thanks Amy will be coming back!

Went there 28 jan at 3: 30, unprofessional staff
when i came there is no consultation or fill the form.the staff just asked me to come inside room and do treatment.when she facial my face, i said omg painful pls be soft as ive got nose filler 5days ago.and she didnt say anything, i also keep painful when she do that but she seems no care at all.i think her name is candice.awful very bad service! Dont want to come again! Waste of money and time!

Would not recommend this business. I went to have coolthera on my arms when I rang I was told the treatment would be for 45 mins which wasn’t long as researched other places and they are 1 hr. The lady don’t know her name as she never told me said this treatment wasn’t suitable for my upper arms so decided to have it on lower abdomen and she then told me it was 40 mins which didn’t seem long but she says it was another body part? The treatment didn’t feel much coldness or numbness nothing much at all. Have researched the treatment and you should feel this. When I paying I expressed how I didn’t feel much and I don’t think 40 mins was very long she then told me that the arms were only treated for 30 mins? ! Constantly changing the time of the treatment. Very dodgy, would not recommend this place. Very tired looking rooms in an high rise office building it was very clean though. Don’t waste your money please on this treatment at this business.

I've been going to Healing by j for more than a year now and they have never disappointed me.
I usually get their signature facial and my skin feels 10 years younger.
They know exactly what will work for your skin and it surely does.
Also j is such a lovely and honest person, just like all the other stuff. Would recommend 100%

Relaxing atmosphere and amazing facials (I had the signature facial). My skin felt young and moisturised after every session. Might try something other type of facials next time.

Best facial clinic in Melbourne! Friendly staff and very good service. Jane is very professional. After few times acne treatment, now my skin is much better than before. I come here every two weeks definitely. Highly recommend! ;)

Discovered this amazing place through Groupon! A bit difficult to find the entrance as there are no clear signs on the street but overall the staff are friendly and professional and the service was great!

I have been to this place and the way the treat the customers is fantastic. The ambience is really good and they take good care. They suggest they suitable treatment based upon individual needs. ESPECIALLY staff "PONNIE" she is the best, she is welcoming and takes good care. She make sure that we feel comfortable all the time we spend over there.

I bought a 10 session package from healing by J. My main concern is to deal with my double chin and improve my skin condition. After each session, I could feel my skin has radiance and feels softer in texture. I am very impressed by the techniques I received. And also, Jane is an incredibly kind and flexible person to talk with. With my busy working schedule, I have no choice but sometimes have to alter my appointment. She always helps me to sort that out, even in the very last minute. I am really thankful for that. I really recommend healing by J, not only the friendly services I received but also the professional treatment they offers.

Had a wonderful experience last week with the signature facial. Healing by J provides Korean spa treatments that are not common in Melbourne salons. Definitely a hidden gem and will be back!

Hidden away in Little Collins St, but well worth the find. Jane recommends the best solutions for skin care & the facials are so relaxing. Looking forward to trying some of the other treatments sometime.
