Reiki Healing master Rochelle at Healing 4 You helped me out when I was possibly at my lowest point. I was trying to meditate on my own and it would help to an extent.
Rochelle doesn't rush you through your session and more importantly is listening to what you're going through.
I've visited Rochelle only twice and I can confidently say, I've experience such a relief. The very next day after the healing, I could say I wasn't feeling anxious or burdened at all. To be clear, the things that were troubling me didn't go away. I was more calm and composed to thing through them and handle them with less stress.

I am a Reiki Master and i first met Rochelle on a personal training course. Since then I have had healings with her and would highly recommend Rochelle for either a crystal or reiki healing session. She is a blessing of light with a safe pair of hands for your heading journey.

I booked a distance reiki treatment from Healing 4 You while I had Covid and was going through isolation with my family. Soon after receiving the healing, my energy levels rose and my headache had noticeably subsided. Would definitely recommend for anyone in a similar situation!

The house we moved into had some places where the energy felt a bit off/heavy and everyone noticed it. Rochelle came over to the house and went to all areas affected and did an energy clearing. Went into this not knowing much about reiki healing. Rochelle was very kind and explained everything to me and made me understand perfectly what was going to happen in our session. I went in anxious and came out calm and wanting to go back again.
