Headstart Early Learning Centre Knoxfield

Hands down best childcare. They are friendly, attentive and so caring. The communication between parents and centre is amazing.

The Headstart Knoxfield team have given my son Harvey a beautiful year of 4 year old kindergarten.
We were new to the area and hadn't had much child care experience previously. Shaira and her beautiful team of educators have done so much to help our family through the whole process to understand all learning aspects and procedures within Headstart.
We have had very open communication with all the staff. We receive regular updates and photos on learning outcomes and activities and how the children are developing which has been so helpful in Harvey being primary school ready.
I have felt nothing but welcomed and comfortable with everyone involved in this lovely centre and its community.

A very ''home'' vibe to this centre. Clean and professional. Educators are lovely and have followed my sons dietry requirments. The kinder side is fantastic, my daughter has thrived in the enviroment.

Avoid at all costs. Our kid attended. We had direct debit and were paid up to date. Then they sent us an email about us owing additional money. When we asked what it was for, they said they'd look into it and never got back to us. Now we're being chased by debt collectors and no one can tell us what the debt is actually for. Absolutely shocking.

I love everything about the Knoxfield centre, my kids do too. They've grown up here over the last couple of years & are so comfortable with all the educators.

Have had children at this Centre for 3 years now and all the staff are amazing. I love how open and light the facilities are. I believe that good staff in the baby room is the most important as it’s harder leaving a 10month old then a 3 year old and the teachers in the baby room are AMAzING! Both my children have loved them, and the other teachers.and I feel 100% comfortable having them look after my children.

Dear Ms Yanty and all the Kinder room educators,

Today is Lyra’s second last day of kinder at Headstart. We want to say thank you for the great care and facility you have provided for Lyra. She has enjoyed the last two years in the Kinder room and one year in the toddler room.

All the teachers and educators are very caring and friendly, and always very willing to answer any questions from a parent like me. Also thank you to Sue for cooking healthy, nutritious, and fantastic smelling foods for the kids.

Thank you Julie for always accommodating our needs at the centre. It is truly appreciated.

Fantastic carers. My daughter was a very difficult child, she literally cried for 3 weeks before settling into this childcare. I am so impressed with the patients and dedication by the carers. Thank you.

My child attends this centre 3 days a week and we could NOT be happier the service, especially the Toddler room leader, Phillip.
He is an absolute asset to the centre and it is fantastic to see such positive male role models within childcare.

Lovely, friendly and supportive staff. Both my girls have blossomed over the years at Headstart Knoxfield - with my eldest attending grade 1 and youngest turning 3 this year!

Amazing centre, my son loves going there! He doesn't even want to come home with me when I pick him up. Everyone is just lovely

Our little one always looks forward to going there. She describes it as a "pretty school" from the very start. Place is very "homey", spacious and conducive to learning. The centre has very warm, friendly, caring, and very professional staff in dealing with children and parents alike. They seem to have a well organised and fun-filled activities for children. Highly recommended!

My niece used to go to kinder here in 2011, and my nephew is currently attending the kinder this year 2017.

The head teacher Yanty who has been there a long time is absolutely amazing with children, she has such a genuine, passionate, loving nature, I don't know what the center would do without her.

We were really happy that we got a spot in this childcare having just moved to the area late last year. The centre communicates very well and every week parents are sent an update on what the kids do during the week. My son adjusted there really quickly and he's happy there too.
