Preeti and the team are wonderful and always very helpful. They treat the children as their own and my children are always happy to go in.

The staff at Headstart are amazing. They have helped my daughter transition into childcare seamlessly. I am very impressed by their caring and supportive nature.

I am able to receive updates daily on what my daughter has been doing throughout the day which also eases me in knowing that she has eaten enough and slept enough over the day.

I visited multiple daycare centres when I was looking at returning back to work.
Out of all the centres I visited locally (& let me tell you, it was a lot!) this was the only centre that felt “right”.
It was important to me that they genuinely cared about my son, helped my son grow and learn, develop independence and that there was consistency, which they wholeheartedly have ticked every box.
My son was 7 month old when we started at Headstart and is now 4.5 years and you can see the love he and the educators share. He is excited to see his friends and when there were tears at drop off at the beginning that resulted in tears from mum on the way to work, they went into action developing strategies and these drop offs quickly turned into him not even turning to wave goodbye. The updates provided each day are fantastic and keep you involved on what they’re learning and doing, which is awesome when I pick him up and he excitedly tells me about his day.
The educators who welcomed him on day one, are still there welcoming him all these years later.
If you are looking for a daycare centre for your child, do yourself a favour and visit this centre - they are all wonderful.

Absolutely love this centre, the educators are kind and caring and the children have a lot of fun each day being involved in lots of exciting and educational play based activities. The food is fresh and the menu is rotated so it doesn’t get boring, we wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend.

The staff and management are so accommodating and very professional at the Altona North Centre. Our little one has grown so much and developed all those skills with the help of the dedicated instructors. We are so lucky to have come upon the Headstart Early Learning Centre at Altona North that meets our expectations as working parents.

I can’t imagine taking my child to any other daycare, this centre is absolutely amazing, the way the educators look after the children is incredible my daughter has become so confident in herself and has learnt so much, I was so nervous and paranoid at the start due to her being my first child and never had anyone else look after her but me, I couldn’t thank them enough for how well they are with her!

The Centre cared for our Son from the age of 9 months. He is now 18 months old. We are leaving the centre purely due to location and wish we could stay. From the start, Preeti and her team went above and beyond to make sure our Son was happy. We want to say a special thank you to Siddiqua, Adriana, Meghana, Chloe and Jackie who always greeted our Son with a smile and a cuddle. He was very nurtured and loved in your care. We always do and always will recommend the centre to others. The centre is always open to communication with parents, they expose the children to lots of learning experiences and they offer casual days too. Thank you!

My little one has been attending Headstart since the beginning of the year and I couldn't be happier with the quality of care. The educators are so kind and caring, particularly during hard drop offs. He is thriving and growing in confidence around bigger groups of people, thanks to his days here.

My daughter has been very happy at this daycare. She loves the educators and we regularly get photo updates about what she has been doing through the Xplorer app, which has been really nice.

I was anxious about my very young child starting childcare but he has bonded with his educators so beautifully and I love all the team there for being an important part of his life.

Beautiful, clean centre with wonderful team to look after children. Big yard with trees is a bonus. My two children love going to daycare everyday. Both children attended this care since they were babies. Staff are friendly, greets children and families with positive attitude and children are happy to be around them. Love the food options in there. They have four weeks menu with nutritious meals.

An amazing centre with outstanding facilities & even better Staff. My son adores every staff member at this centre. So lovely & accommodating all the time. Highly recommend!

Great centre for children. Has a large outdoor play area with indoor facilities also. Friendly staff who are very helpful!
