5Well after finally getting an appointment after about 4 months I finally got an appointment with Susie (she has unfortunately left) she understood me and my "case" and I felt better. Susie if you read this I miss you
Attempted to book in with a psych, after my councellor requested an urgent review of medications, the lady at the front told me "you can't expect us to service the entire of melbourne. " she rejected my refferal which is ILLEGAL and out of fear of how awful that exchange was, months later i am unable to even attempt booking anywhere to have my meds reviewed because of how traumatic that experience was, being guilted and rejected despite needing immediate care, so im not still on meds that don't work because of this awful disgsuting hags behaviour. Disgusting
This place is so professional. Never felt judged and it's great service
Most amazing receptionists, fantastic GPs and counselors, it feels like a second home.
