Really, really helpful. We had only 90 minutes with Lisa and Tess for our family session but they were able to build rapport with everyone and help us get to the issues very quickly. At the risk of sounding cliched, they really did provide a safe, supportive environment, which helped me to talk to me family more openly about my upcoming surgery. I can't thank them enough.
