Avanthi did the Conveyancing for our property in June. Professional and very proactive service. Avanthi kept track of proceedings throughout the whole transaction between the property developer, bank, and ourselves. Made sure we were well aware of key events and made sure we were ready on time. Not through and not on top of things at all when selling our property. Had to ask for documents several times.
Does not explain things clearly therefore requires multiple follow ups. Even now over 12months later being sent statements with no explanation as to what they entail only that I don't have to action anything.
