Today I was treated by a Dr SheIn.
So grateful for trying.

He listens, he is empathetic and is very client focused. He puts in %110 with his treatment plans.

Dr shein is a credit to the clinic.

I just wish complex clients were allowed double apts.

My son was happy with how Dr Ryan treated him this arvo and explained what he was doing as my son has Autism and doesn't like to be touched.

Mix up with repeat script at chemist and needed to rectify via the Dr. Rang the health center & was placed on a cancellation list. About 10 min later Dr. Harry called back and rushed me in and rectified the situation. What a legend! Thanks.

Have been seeing Dr Edwards at Hazelwood Health for many years and have received wonderful care.
The reception staff have always been professional and caring as well as other ancillary staff from time to time.
I can highly recommend Hazelwood Health.

Digital/electronic communications are today's standards, appointment and referral letters can be organised over the phone however to actually have the script, referral or whatever information was required by me in writing had to be obtained by post or pick up, so at the end of the day I may as well have visited the clinic for my appointment in the first place, how stupid. Even after I had emailed a consent to send vie email form, I still only received one letter out of two and no script meaning I had to visit the clinic anyway. Hmmm.

Job requirement was a drug and alcohol screen. Rang and asked the receptionist at Hazelwood for details, who told me that I would need to see both a doctor and a nurse to perform the test, requiring two separate appointments on the same day. She could not fit me in for a week, which was after my job start date. I queried, and was promised a call back once a nurse had been consulted. I never received one. I then rang and booked an appointment at Hillcrest in Traralgon for the next day instead, and was told on arrival that the urine screen would cost me $150, as they could not charge to the employer account held at Hazelwood. I called Hazelwood again, and was told to come straight to the clinic, as no bookings were required to see the pathology nurse. I then drove to the clinic, where I was admitted to the walk in line at pathology, with neither a doctor or a nurse appointment required. A simple urine screen therefore required two days, three phone calls, trips to two separate towns, and a three hour wait for a nurse while busting. Pathetic service

Very good clinic I see Dr Fred Edwards he's old but he is one of the best doctors I have seen he does not muck around straight to the point and he has never missed I dozed anything Anna staff and blood test a really good they're too

Extremely friendly and polite reception staff have always been greated with respect and a smile.
Clean and tidy facility.
EDIT: Still absolutely love this clinic. So much so that we're moving 25 minutes away and will still be attending this clinic.

Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr Amit deciphered my X-ray results, shed light on the surgery I’d had (hospital staff were too busy to do so) and provided clear advice. The Nurse Efficiently re-dressed my wound.

I've been a client at Hazelwood Health Centre for about 20 years, under the care of various GPs, nurses and the Chronic Disease Nurses.
I highly recommend them, all of them, for their friendliness and professionalism.
(Attached, a home-made thankyou card given to them for their actions during our years of Covid… first, closed, and then open.)

Very happy with the treatment that I receive from any of the doctors at the clinic. Very handy having a pathology service and the nursing staff are 1st rate. The receptionist are very helpful especially Sue and Robyn.

Reception ladies must hate their jobs as they're always rude and uncaring. They have exceptionally poor phone etiquette.
