I generally dont give reviews but I will make an exception here. In this case, we wanted to build our garage over land at the rear of our property, part of an old laneway which we did not own. Brett and his team managed to navigate through the issues including successfully claiming the land by adverse possession and the removal of the road easement. They tackled and surmounted blocking issues raised by the local council to their credit. And finally, they consolidated the new parcel with the main block. Fantastic job. Now I have to build the garage!
