Have been a client for hayswinkle for almost 10 years. They're really helpful and provide a great service. They've always looked after me and I would not recommend any other agency besides Michelle and her team.

Landlord here. My home was trashed. The big boss man could not even respond to my emails. Dogs! Still disappointed they have never responded 4 yrs later. I copped all the expense they didn't even go to Vcat as requested

This team is excellent if you love things to never be fixed and emails and/or phone calls never returned.

I have had my rental property looked after by Hayeswinckle for over 5 years and Sheridan has been my property manager for the last 2 years, her amazing service and information provided to us has been second to none.
Especially with the changing laws, rental minimum standards and compliance, I have found relief to know Sheridan has the knowledge and the expertise to deal with the ever changing rental world.
I have seen a few negative comments here but I believe in what I have said and I would recommend this real estate.

Leesa is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has looked after my property in Norlane now for 3 years and during this time kept me well informed about my property whether it has been about routine inspections or maintenance issues. She is very approachable and professional not to mention passionate in her role.

The way they treat people is disgusting
they left my parents in a house riddled in mould after numerous times they were notified quotes done and landlord refusal to fix the issue so they will not give bond back and we will be going to court through VCAT

I wouldn’t use them to lease an investment property- they have no problem renting a house to meth heads and gutter trash.
