Worst hijabs very expensive and waste of money. They are so slippery and bad material they have that useless policy of no refund or exchange, first outlet in Australia with this policy. Don’t shop with them. Sister on the door wasn’t welcoming lack of communication i entered with bag and she said no with out saying hi even.

I had a beautiful experience at the store. On Eid day whilst wearing the dress at home, I realised that it had not been zipped up, there was no tag and no label on my supposed-to-be-brand-new dress. I feel cheated as I may have been sold a dress that had already been taken home and returned by another customer. If that was to happen, it should be in original condition. I will return to the store again but will definitely be more vigilant.
