The staff and management here have absolutely zero compassion. They do not care about their patients, nor do they actually want to help. It's clear they have lost all drive in the mental health industry and this is very sad.

I've never experienced a clinic so poorly run in the Mental Health sector. The reception staff are impolite and rather intimidating. The leadership team do not show any compassion and have clearly lost their passion and drive to assist people in need. The staff make it very clear that they are there only to collect their pay check at the end of the week. When I visited the clinic I was flabbergasted with the way the receptionist was talking to a client on the phone. This clinic needs some new life in it, with a team that actually cares.

Hawthorn Mental Health Center is a great mental health practice Staff there are always conscience and happy to communicate with anyone they can help address the issues of.

Better then other government public services, but expect the same low level quality care that’s provided by the state of Victoria. Their is very little interest in caring for patients beyond what the are legally responsible to do.
