5Nails were chipping after one day. The colour is lifting off all the tips of my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done at a home salon and decided to give this place a go. When I told the staff they were rude and blamed me even though the shellac is clearly lifting. My nails look awful after a few days and now I need to go elsewhere to get them done again.
Friendly, professional and highly skilled technicians who always do an amazing job. Great quality and attention to detail.
Terrible. They have you waiting for hours even if you made an appointment. If you show them a photo of the design you would like they do not follow it.
This business has recently been taken over by new owners and all I have to say is ABOUT TIME! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! The staff are so friendly and courteous while being so professional at the same time. They take their time with each GUEST (thats how they described me as their customer, their guest!) ensuring the experience is one which is relaxing and enjoyable. The quality of their artistry, and it is art the way the wonderful staff paint ones nails is nothing short of beautiful. Not to mention the duration the nails last I can go at least three weeks before I even need to think about booking in again. I wont go anywhere else for my beauty needs I want the best and thats what I receive EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail. I've come to this salon several times to do my nails and have never had an issue. This I went to get my acrylics removed and the lady used a nail tip to wedge between my real nail and the acrylic. She ended up ripping my real nail along with the acrylic. This hurt and resulted in all my nails being cut to the nub! She never asked me the length I wanted or shape, didn't even give me a chance to explain what i wanted she just started chopping my nails. I explained this all at the end but it didn't seem to go through! She also charged me $30 for the shellac she did which they usually charge me $18. Extremely upset never going back!
