Terrible place. The lady that did my nails spoke no English, didn’t know what she was doing and had to keep asking others to help. I asked for tips to be put on my nails and she ended up filing them down so much that my nails are just so short now. My sns looks so horrible and does not look good. Don’t do your nails at this place, waste of money

DO NOT come here unless you want to be charged $50 for an 11 minute so called “pedicure”. Waited 15 minutes with my feet in cold water, and then the lady literally took 11 minutes to do a spa pedicure with polish. Very rude when I confronted them about the service, was also charged $50 instead of $45. Save your time and money and go elsewhere! Would give 0 stars if possible.

Are you kidding me? These reviews must been from the same girls working there. I have tried to give them many chances to do my nails so unprofessional they just don’t know how to do nails their filing is disgusting and very unevan. You can always tell a professional when the nail grows out it’s still very beautiful not thick unevan and very cheap looking. Becareful ladies don’t waste your money here.lm pretty sure they use very very cheap products and they are very rough they kept drilling my fingers and cutting me - AMATEURS

Friendly ladies and overall ok experience but my fingers were completely butchered, pics don’t do it justice. Filed so close to my skin it’s red raw and sore the chemicals burnt very badly once they were applied. Paint job is unprofessional and nails are very thick. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Last week was the first time I've ever been to this salon. I'm very impressed with the service that I received & how the nails looked afterwards. I'll definitely be returning to the salon again.

DO NOT GO HERE, first of all they were rude as soon as I walked in, considering this is my first time going there, terrible. I had just asked for a pedicure which I thought would come out decent, I was wrong, first she was so rough and was rushing. If they didn’t have time they shouldn’t have taken me. After I got home I realised the shellac had already started to peel off, not even an hour after, and the application was horrible, bubbles, uneven. Not to mention before she applied the shellac she hadn’t even taken all the previous shellac off. So the next day I had gone back and asked for a refund; she refused and insisted I stay and get it redone, I declined and asked why, she couldn’t tell me why. I had gotten frustrated at this, and as I walked out the store she and her colleagues were laughing, which I find disgusting. Not to mention the tools she used were RUSTY! And on top of all this, I had just seen a girl that I know of go there, and she had gotten a major nail infection! Please do yourself a favour and do not go there!

Absolutely awful, went for a pedicure and shellac removal, they filed my nails down so thin with electric files to the point that each nail bled! The staff then tried to say my nails were thin due to pregnancy or from the shellac. I’ve never had this problem before!

They did not shape my nails or apply any moisturiser or cuticle oils, then charged $45 for a pedicure that lasted 20mins with no polish. My nails are now so thin and ruined.

Very rude workers and poor customer service. I waited 45 minutes to do a simple pedicure, which I understand it's busy time of the year. You ask a question and they can't provide an answer and look blank at you. Then they start swearing and speaking in Vietnamese

High price for no reason

Poor service. Finished my pedicure in 10 min and all the time, staff were speaking their own language. I won’t return back. Extremely poor service.

Lovely ladies but a poor service experience means I won’t return.
Had shellac done, a bit of a rush job but they looked fine. Most nails chipped within 24 hours. Went back straight away, explained and asked if they could fix them and was told yes. Then charged another $35!
Fair enough to charge maybe a nominal amount for the time taken to redo, but the original application was the problem so I shouldn’t be responsible for paying again.

We got a pedicure done here - they missed a toe! Only noticed after I left the salon. Otherwise the staff were friendly and it was reasonably priced

I had sns done to my nails. While filing my nails so hard my skin on my fingernails started burning ripping my skin. Then my cuticles where getting done and was cut numerous times. The lady just looked at me a said Oh well! Under my nails where never cleaned either. While waiting for my nails to dry, she decides to start removing her nails to have bits fly everywhere all over me! Very unprofessional and will never go again!

Waine is the best Nail Artist. She is best in doing pedicure and manicure. She give the best service too.

First 2 photos are of a set this salon did on the 24th of dec.the photos were taken 3 days later. I did not do anything crazy with my hands for the sns to just break off. I went back to get them fixed, they said half price and then charged me $10 more than 1/2 price. The last photo is the set they “fixed” there is glue and the red sns from the first set underneath each of my nails, and all over my cuticles. My natural nails have been filed smaller then the nail bed and once again there is a gap that looks like I need a refill even though I got them done yesterday.
Apart from all this the salon is just a mess. Please don’t waste your money here.

Great: Very short waiting time
Good: Application of and shaping of the nails
Bad: Left waiting in acetone for long enough for the tissue to soak all of it and create a mess
Worst: Super rushed and poor job that didn’t leave enough time for each layer to set properly so the nails barely lasted 24 hours… not worth the money - however if you’re in a rush before an event they’re ok.

Not really happy with the outcome. Asked for clear nails and got one coat of shelack.that's it. My nails weren't filed properly and they were cut very unevenly. Won't be going back.

Tammy did and incredible job with my nails.i broke my nail on the same day and went back the day after and they fixed it free of charge.i love their work

Worst place ever! Very unprofessional and cheap job, they didn’t even bother to try making them look decent atleast, nail application looks horrible and the filing is atrocious do not waste your money here

The massage chair wasn't working. They did a terrible job. I had to get a pedicure at a different business to finish off what they started.
A total waste of money.
I asked her to do the footscraping, which is what a pedicure consists of. She insisted there was no dead skin to scrape, and tried to prove she wasn't being lazy by running the blade over my cracked, dried out heels as lightly as she possibly could. Of course nothing came off. I asked her if she could apply some pressure, but she ignored me.

Save your time and money.
