Give Tina a raise! She is an excellent, attention focused nail tech! I dropped by hawaii nails for the first time a couple weeks ago and didn't have the best experience, had the nail tech change half-way, and the execution of the nail art was messy, plus paid for a Mani.but still walked out with crusty cuticles. Swore I wouldn't come back.but by chance the other day I was desperate to get those nails re-done, as the wonky tips were killing me, so thought I'd try this place one last time.it was a good thing I got Tina, she killed it! Definitely only coming back for her service! P.s great hand massage!

I had an amazing experience time at Hawaii nails. Thank you the girls that did my nail I’m really happy with the result and definitely coming back. They are super friendly and professional. Highly recommend the place!

The workers were very nice but they gave me very poor quality nails lumpt and not shaped right

Dirty place. Couldnt find not one clean area. Aggressive pulling and pushing at my feet. No greeting. Not one word exchanged. But 4 of the staff had no problem discussing payment with me. Zero stars

Don’t bother. Wait the extra 5-10 mins at the other salons and get your nail done properly. Only been 1 day and I’ve lost a finger and the rest are chipping. Worst salon I’ve been to! Thanks to you I’ll never go back to any of the Hawaii nail salons!

Have attended previously for pedicures. Had my first hand session yesterday. Asked for a BIAB set with a manicure. Tech INSISTED she had to do my manicure once my nails were done to remove the dead skin (even though a manicure is for your natural nail integrity and refused to do a manicure before putting tips on.)
No manicure provided except for cuts, didn’t use Builder in a bottle (only the gel pot), no apex so these will break in a week, not a skinny square shape like requested, looks terrible from the side. Not worth $95

I had Siilky do a manicure and a pedicure for me today, using my own nail polish. I’m very satisfied with her work, as she’s very thorough. I usually have Julie do my nails and she’s excellent, too. But Julie does not work of a Sunday. Either of these two ladies do a fantastic job. I highly recommend this nail salon and if you book with Julie or Silky, you won’t be disappointed. Since the new owners have taken over the salon is even better than it was before.

I got my nails done by Thi today, she s excellent for the job. She did really well with my ingrown toe nails that bothers me. And shaped them. Twice I have experienced great service with Thi. Definitely book Thi again. Great customer service. ️

Guys if you know someone in here get it done. Walk - in please don’t. I have got my nails done and the lady she did not understand what i said or what I want and i have got the worst nails ever in my life.

Today was my first visit and I am absolutely amazed with the outcome my nails look stunning the shape is on point. Jenny was so welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.
I can say I have found my new nail salon. Thank you so much.

This place is under NEW MANAGEMENT, I have been to Hawaii nails a long time ago and never went back, I heard from a GF of mine that Hawaii nails was under New Management when she went to get her nails done and referred me try it out. I went there today, the employees were so lovely Especially Jenny the new Owner always making sure the costumers were okay, she was very attentive with the costumers.
With the new system of booking online with specific Nail Techs, it was a nice feeling that when you tell the staff you have a booking with so and so they look you up and Greet you by your name, for me it made me feel very Welcomed. Juilet who did my nails was very soft handling my nails, she did exactly what I asked for and was very confident with her work.
I especially loved that fact that there was a mother with a new born getting her nails done, the baby was unsettled so one of the staff offered to hold the baby until the mother was finished, staff took turns to hold the baby once they were done with a client.
I would 100% be going back to Hawaii nails for my refills the price is good, I got acrylic + extentions with shellac on top for $65 and it was worth every penny. The employees speak very well English were you can have a nice conversation with them.

This place has had a recent change in management and I can see a massive difference with the new management. The salon looks very clean, minimal and all the staff were so friendly! They did my nails beautifully. The bestest thing about it is, they now have a book now link to minimise wait times. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Only went there cos my normal place was closed, my 2nd place was too busy. My nails were chipped and sharp so needed doing.
They cant understand english, so telling them something is wrong it gets fobbed off. Lady was squeezing my finger and twisting on an angle my whole hand/ arms are sore. Was really slow. So has added to longer pain. Used the nail file that many times that i bled, and other nails skin is gone. I moved hands away, had said no more.i really should have left before the new polish. And left with nothing on them.the color i asked for. Isnt good enough for them. And she started to put a really dark purple on. I said no thats not it.she put my original one on top as its a glitter.and being acrylic. It had to be set to look at it.i said use a lighter color.she said ok.but used same dark color cos cant understand me.i was already in that much pain, i wasnt going to sit through the take off of one nail.they are too busy talking in their own language that the painting part was even hurtful how she held my finger.
My god then more nail file came out.
Daughter had hers done too and still has sore fingers and cuts next day.bloody hope neither of us get an infection.
Im still sore. Nails are not even, some longer, some odd angle, and ive now lost my shape i had. There is no communication.
Then cash only as eftpos not work. Lucky i even had it. Wasnt put through the till. I will never go back there. I would prefer to take my own nails off.

I had an appointment for 6: 30 the ladies doing nails were very kind and took her time to make sure they were perfect, she was so gentle and I absolutely love my nails.

It was one of the worst experiences ever, 1st they started our nails and proceeded to say oh they price has gone up because now they are charging $5extra for removal, after they started. 2nd the lady was rude about it, 3rd the next person to finish off my nails never spoke at all, and I asked her to fix my nails as the shape was side ways, and only said ok wow so rude and then she put to much shellac on my nail and I was telling her "can u not put so much on please" she never replied and my partner said 3xs did you hear what she said? All she did was look at me. WOW so unprofessional. Also they're was one of the staffs children running behind counters.then after all that went to pay and "said ohh sorry eftpos machine is down" what happened to the days of putting signs up saying "PRICE HAS GONE UP" & SORRY EFTPOS IS UNAVAILABLE" before getting the clients in. Not happy at all.
