Browsed through this store on Sunday afternoon and just loved the experience. HAVN stocks quality, hard to find awesome labels and clothing brands. I really love the Karhu footwear line. All round fantastic collections coupled with excellent staff providing top class customer service. Highly recommended.

For the very first time I purchased a camping chair from a shop, I had not had dealings with previously. I had found the product online and it was more convenient to purchase it online, rather than travel to Fitzroy, from the Mornington Peninsula.
I phoned Havn and spoke with Mia who was extremely helpful. After her critique on the camping chair, I decided I really wanted to purchase it. Mia assisted me with that process online. The chair arrived the very next day and was excellent quality!
I also made a follow-up phone call to Havn, re
assembling the chair and was ably assisted by Jasper.
I would like to highly recommend Havn for their fabulous customer service!

Have purchased multiple items from this store and they always screw up the delivery in someway by posting incorrect item, different size and even posting a planter not wrapped in anything protective to then receive it smashed to a million pieces. Thankfully they have rectified all these issues but the tone over the phone is quite 'not my problem. '

Recently bought a topo designs backpack from HAVN as an early Christmas present for my partner. It was much too big for her but the guys at HAVN were extremely helpful to find the perfect bag and exchange it. Excellent service in a unique part of the city. Worth a visit if anywhere nearby even just for the atmosphere.

Bought a pair of shoes online that didn't end up fitting me, wouldn't except a return for a refund, received a store credit instead. Not entirely happy with the resolution, but it's better than keeping shoes that don't fit.

Ordered some quality beanies, when they didn't arrive on time (during Covid19) there ended up being some issue on AustPost's end but I had some amazing customer service from HAVN who resolved the issue right away. Amazing service which I really appreciated at a time of stress!

I can't say anything more than that - I love Pendleton - I love that you've brought it to Australia and we can actually affordably buy these items at a reasonable price (avoiding all the crazy shipping and US$ prices and taxes) - thank you. The fact that you guys are super down to earth and go the extra yard in helping us get exactly what we want and as so warm and friendly - I'm a very picky customer and you were incredibly patient, understanding and helpful in me getting exactly what I wanted - even though I was being super picky haha - dude, with service and products like this - I continue to believe in Bricks and Mortar experiences. As a fan of Karhu it is great to see a store in Australia stocking so much of their stuff. Purchased a pair of shoes which were sent up to Sydney super quick. Would happily come back again.
