Home Haven Safe. I've just read you are selling the 'home' of a 65 year yr old woman in Geelong. Shows little understanding of the vulnerability of women in later years. You are not living up to your name Home Haven Safe. Provide what you say you will provide. A home where people can connect to community and feel safe. Either that or rebrand. "Temporary homes until we change our minds". More apt!

Doesn't return calls. My support coordinator left messages and never got a reply. I rang yesterday and call and message I left with lady for someone else went without a return call. The starting point for help is hood communication. No excuses. Yes you can get busy but leaving several calls unanswered is highly unprofessional

I became homeless after leaving an abusive violent alcoholic, am now sharing a house with a worse abusive violent alcoholic who attacked my 63 yr old neighbour who is on walking stick.management says nothing can be done.
Is not at all a haven and I do not feel safe.
And being over charged on rent. My income is under 30,000 per year policy says they will only charge 30percent of income and I am being charged 44percent.great list of rules of what i can and cant do in my own home but a free for all attitude to common areas with people cooking at midnight slamming plates and pots as well as using laundry at 1am. Also was told is for single women only with no overnight guests, one neighbour has boyfr stay for 3 night on weekend and another has her son living w/her
Further adding to my discomfort. Is NOT safe
NOR affordable
