Disappointing experience. LOW QUALITY, OVERCHARGING
I am from Sydney but went to work trip to Melbourne and get there for nail refill. I usually py $40-50 for this in Sydney. They charged me $70, but this is not the worst part. Only 2 days after, my nails got brocken with no reason

These girls are fabulous! I walked in with no appointment and 20 mins for a quick trim. Tina looked after me and did a fabulous job - tidied my hair up and left 20 mins later feeling terrific!

The place is clean, relaxing and trendy. The staff are really friendly and patient (even when you are indecisive!). They did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend

The front desk person was really nice. Overall the place is clean and tidy. Some technicians are good and nice. Some of them gave me vibe that they were making fun of me in another language? I can't tell. There was a communication issue with the tech and maybe she didn't understand what I said. The SNS on my hands looks nice. I have had a much better pedicure for less.

Totally hated my experience there. Never had any issues with Shellac anywhere else. She was lazy and could not file my nails as I had asked and I had to take over and file it myself. She then used really old polish that was dried up and after I had left, the sides of my nails did not even have any polish on it. I would never go back or recommend anyone else to go there.

Such a great service and reasonable price. All staff and the owner very friendly. Highly recommend for everyone.

Had nails done here twice - clearly states on their website "Enjoy a coffee or an alcoholic beverage of your choice" - both times I was never offered a drink. Also don't get the younger girl who seems to be learning on the job - the other girls often have to take over as she doesn't do the best job. She needs more confidence and training so the customer gets great nails each time. The other girls do great. But not getting offered the beverage is a bit of a bummer. It's fine - but don't put it on your website if you don't follow it through. Oh and my shellac chipped on the second week but I barely touched anything so their process needs improving.

I went to get a manicure today, the staff were friendly and understandable but unfortunately the salon was unclean there is lots of dust everywhere, the equipment was unclean. The appointment should be 30m but we finished in 10m everything was in rush. It is not the experience that I expected. I thought it should be a relaxation appointment but unfortunately you can not calm yourself down between the dust and unclean place.

As always, terrible SNS. Very thick, uneven and it doesn't even last! It's so annoying! I'm also annoyed with the person who did my nails, she was so rough and it felt like she was trying to break my fingers. I won't be coming back any more.

The place to go to for hair colour I had my colour done They are one stop shop, if you want to do a make over. Look for Gina, she is very professional, such a nice lady and she can make your hair color pop! Highly recommended to do your regular hair treatments! The place is clean and products are high quality!

I travelled to the luxurious Melbourne city- who was worthy enough to find my nail a perfect match? … I stumbled across the fantastical, magical realm of beauty- my heart was rapidly eager to burst out of my chest full of exploding excitement. Ding! The angels flew to me asking how I was, and asking what I would love… I was done my nails- they were completely supernatural, THANK GOODNESS A MIRACLE CONJURED ANGELS OF BEAUTY APPEARING IN MY OBSERVATION!
