Awesome team. They know their Mowers.
Only problem is coz they are so good there is a 6 week wait for mechanical repairs.

I bug these guys frequently with broken old mowers and such, and they always try their best for me to get these obscure parts!

Bad repair service. Chainsaw needed a new fuel line and filter. The owner handed back my chainsaw and gave a huge bill and said “all new parts”. I thought what a strange thing to say. Stopped working after about 20 minutes of use. Took it to Frankston and they said your fuel line has had it. Turned out Hastings Mowers either didn’t replace it after charging me or they used second hand parts. Avoid if possible.

Super helpful with spare parts. Decent pricing. More than happy to offer advice to be able to tackle larger jobs on our own. Thankyou very much, the 2 husky ride ons are running perfect and the cylinder mower is cutting truer than ever.

Brought a brand new whipper snipper here a few weeks back, had excellent customer service, the bloke who I was dealing with stayed within my budget and showed/recommended various models.
The Bushranger snipper i brought was great, but had an issue with the head, i took it back and no questions asked had it repaired on the spot in 15 minutes.
Great shop, great knowledge would recommend.

Fabulous to deal with - under promised & over delivered. Very good communication and the rebuild on the ride on mower was a week faster than expected. And being able to be put on a waiting list initially, rather than drop the mower off for 4 weeks was super convenient. Well done Hasting s Mowers. Eventually this mower will wear out, I know that, but I also know where I will buy the new mower from.

Knowledgeable but very, very expensive.get ready to possibly mortgage your house to get a service done to your equipment, if money is no object, by all means go for it

Great people to deal with.

An appalling workshop, won't do anything that is slightly complex. Have heard of many people having their work turned away because it's too hard. For it to be easily fixed by a private workshop that can be bothered for a fraction of the price that they eluded to it costing. Would not recommend and a sorry excuse for a mechanical repairer, more of tick and flick money machine.

Peter, Dave and the team go out of there way to ensure great customer service. They have a great range of product at very good prices. They are very friendly and I always go back there for my power equipment purchase and have set up my business through there experience and advise.

Was sold an old model (new) Victa lawn mower but was not advised of its age. Further queries via Victa head office prompted me to find it had an engine that was manufactured in 2017! Got my money back. Buyer beware. An appalling buying experience!

The staff friendly but the wait to have a mower serviced takes a month. Maybe they need more staff. Bought a lawn mower here and had very good service though.

Have purchased several small machines from these guys over the past few years. I have had them do servicing and always found them to be helpful and pleasant. Keep up the great work guys.

The only place I will go to buy or service my equipment. Ive been going here for years and I travel from the other side of western port to get there. The prices are competitive and the service is second to none! The staff are very helpful and have years of knowledge between them all. You cant beat these guys seriously!
