These Doctors saw me on appointments 3 times in less than 1 week. I kept rebooking as. I told them I felt so bad with chills, fever. I knew it was not a cold. Both Doctors continued to fob it off as a cold. I went elsewhere and they offered to do a swab. I have the flu and never being vaccinated I am suffering quite badly. 6 days later and 4 Doctors to find this out. When I rang to complain I was told to send an email.

Bradley Hull is extremely rude! Made me feel horrible and showed no compassion at all to someone who was clearly worried, cut me off when I was asking questions. I called later to get my results sent to my other clinic so I could discuss with a proper doctor and let Janine the receptionist know how upset I was and her excuse was "they get a bit abrupt when they are busy" to me that's not an excuse, you are in the wrong industry if you have no compassion or care! I certainly won't be returning to this clinic. Its a shame because Kelly Gibb is a lovely doctor and I would have returned to see her.

This is the best bulk bill clinic and best big doctors clinic I have been as a patient and have worked in. All of the drs are great. I especially like Dr Shanana Rahman and Dr Kelly Gibb.

Thank you Sherilee at reception. You are always so helpful and pleasant over the phone.
I would also like to thank Dr. Eddy for his help during my consultation with him today. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

Came to the Respiratory Clinic (bronchitis) and was told to go back outside to sit and wait either on the seat outside or in my car.
The temperature was 33 degrees and the seats were in direct sunlight. I asked if I could wait in the cool inside and was refused.
I have never been treated like this before…is this the usual reception for a person who is unwell?

Came in today for a blood test.
The male nurse who took my blood was absolutely lovely and made me feel very safe and relaxed.
The receptionists however were rude, brief and seemed completely uncaring.

This review is for Dr Kumar. He is an excellent doctor. He really took the time and listened. Our daughter has been turned away by 3 hospitals now and several doctors just rushed us out the door because they don’t want to deal with her case. Our 2 year old has been experiencing illness, rashes, and now purple bruising. Dr Kumar is the first doctor to take us seriously there is clearly something going on and he’s referred us to a specialist and gave her medicine in the clinic too. I just wanted to add too that the reception stafff are very good too a big thank you

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Shahana. I’ve never met or experienced a doctor with empathy before, I went through something heartbreaking and traumatic and it was just such a nice feeling to feel like she actually cared and wanted to help. I cannot fault the experience I had with her and I now have someone who I would call my regular doctor. Thank you Dr. Shahana

My wife booked me an appointment for the Covid jab a month ago and we received a little card with the time and date just so that I didn't forget.
We arrived at reception on the day before the prescribed time to be told that there was no appointment. The receptionist was unable to make eye contact with anything but her screen and was apparently unable to "squeeze" me in. Will go elsewhere in future, incompetence in any organization is bad but when it comes to medical matters I prefer not to take any chances.

I had booked a phone consultation at 9: 50pm last night. I filled out the form they made me fill out online as soon as I got the message to. I then waited up an extra hour and a half just for them not to call me. Not even an email to let me know my appointment had been cancelled? Lazy.

After having total hip repalcement surgery, I have been ill with the medication I had been given. Once calling the clinic the reception staff have been amazing with issues of getting me to speak to Dr Hull as of course he and the other Drs are all so busy. They managed to get me a telehealth call and also made me feel comfortable. I have always felt so good at this clinic. I was nervous going to see another Dr after hours but he was wonderful too. Zoe was great navigating me through the web site to be able to write this review. All the girls there are great even the nurse in the blood room, she made me feel so comforable. Keep up the good works guys, I know it is a dreadufl time we are all living in and you guys are so under the pump. But please know your hard work and dedication is not missed by your patients.

I called up this morning and made a booking for this evening, a ‘long appointment’, as I had a few things I wanted to discuss.
During the day I received a text, to fill in a form regarding why I was attending, symptoms etc.
Which one would assume the Dr would read, otherwise it’s pretty much pointless and time wasting yes?

One of the things I wanted to discuss was how unwell I had been feeling.
When I got to the facility, I was greeted at the door, explained I had cold like symptoms, however, that I had just done a Covid test yesterday and returned a negative result.
I was placed in a side room for ‘isolation’ while waiting for the doctor. That I could deal with.

My ‘long appointment’ lasted a whole of about 5 minutes, in which I felt uncomfortable the whole time.
I felt rushed, I felt like what I was saying was not actually being listed to, and my ‘diagnosis’ when looked up, is NONE of the symptoms I explained I had. I have never left a Doctors quick enough.
Did not even feel comfortable talking about what else I needed to.
I was sitting on a medical bed with the Doctor standing against the wall. It did not feel reassuring at all.
The level of professionalism, understanding and sympathy you would expect from a Doctor was non existent tonight.

My appointment ended with me in my car in tears, feeling like an idiot for evening bothering to come here.

Account mixup ended up with me having a half hearted appointment, it's been okay prior and is bulk billed but recently was a shame due to my appointment reason, could of just done a telehealth appointment if I wanted the outcome I got.

All the ladies on the desk are super friendly and are understanding when I mix the dates and times up. Doctor Nik is the best Doctor I makes me feel as he really cares about me as his patient, my husband agrees Doctor is a great doc.regards john & cher gladman

Reception staff were nice. Doctor not great, didn't listen to the patient at all. Would not recommend, maybe just for emergencies.

I visited your clinic for the first time to receive my COVID vaccine and feel compelled to congratulate your team as it was such a positive and painless experience.
The online booking was simple to manage The staff were efficient, professional and friendly and the clinic environment attractive and inviting. The whole process was also completed in a short amount of time.
I hope you are recognised as an exemplary model of how this vaccine rollout can and should be done.

HFMC is the best practice I have ever attended.
All of the doctors, nurses & reception staff are very professional & friendly. I have been coming here for for years now after attending a different practice for over 30 years. After finding HFMC, l couldn’t be more satisfied with how I am treated & how thorough they are to treat me. My main doctor is Sharmilla, whom I think is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend everyone to attend HFMC if you’re in need of medical treatment or advice.

I've finally found a good doctors clinic! I love how flexible they are will there opening times and it's great that they are open late. I've seen a few doctor's and they have been very good and taken the time to really listen to my concerns. It's so easy to make an appointment and i've never had any issues with getting any test results. I've never waited more then a few days which is amazing
Couldn't recommend this doctors clinic more for all your healthcare needs
