I bought a new belt that was too long for me so I called Theo and he kindly invited me over and helped me shorten the length free of charge. I'm really appreciative of his great customer service and his shop looks awesome too. Will definitely come back in the future!

Best service I've had (probably ever). Bought a belt online, and requested holes either side of pant size and I got a text from Theo within 5mins of ordering, just to check how many holes I wanted. Very happy with the belt when it arrived via express shipping the following day. Very very satisfied!

Theo is such a lovely guy. I had a belt made up by him recently and it's easily my favourite with it's asymmetrical wedged tip (optional), lovely R&H insignia and fantastic hand-burnishing for a little over 110/120 dollars, it's really value that can't be beaten u less you go vintage.

Thank you Theo for such a beautiful product, and also for explaining some of the intricacies of leather that I hadn't appreciated before.
