She conducted due diligence to discover an unapparent but significant error with the vendor's contract of sale; this allowed for a revised contract with terms much more in my favour. She also negotiated a significant discount with the vendor due to a building defect.

Madeleine was in control throughout the entire process, communicating efficiently with my mortgage broker and keeping me informed throughout. Settlement was achieved stress-free and on time which would not have been possible without Madeline's initiative.
