Harveys of Highton

We love visiting Harvey's, being a local to the area and even when we moved away from Highton. I wish staff over the phone were not so rude, called to check if an item was in stock. I would not dare call back again, there are other equally good stores around.

The place for all fresh fruit and vegetables. Great staff, always replenishing and tidying displays. Helpful and enthusiastic. Great range of fresh flowers, artisan breads and products. Wide selection of pasta, ready made take home cakes, lasagne, frittata etc. Always able to be inspired by a healthy meal option.

Changing my review based on an experience I had this morning - simply asked if I could grab some apples as the man filling them was directly in the way with a trolley

He gave my no actual verbal response - huffed and rolled his eyes?
I would have bit his head off except I had my son in the baby carrier and I didn’t want him to feel that energy

Do better - the produce is Amazing and all the other staff super friendly and cheerful

Picture perfect amazing looking fresh produce, so many gluten free options, homemade pastas, delicious cakes and pastries, very helpful staff and Dad's favourite pasta and passata. Beautiful fresh smelling store?

I love this shop, there is always a variety of yummy foods and can always guarantee to find something special.

Harvey's have a great variety of foods, fruit and vegetables and gorgeous homemade biscuits and assorted chocolates.freshly made bread and beautiful fresh flowers.so much to choose from in this well stocked shop

Fresh and top quality fruit, vegetables and specialty deli products together with fresh and beautiful flowers, the staff is friendly I like going there. My local fruit and veggie store.

Started to shop regularly and the produce is so much fresher than main supermarkets. Sometimes you might pay a little more than supermarkets, but other times it can be more affordable. I love that I can get Organic Shultz dairy and my favourite Zeally Bay breads, and nitrate free bacon and cured meats. You can also find Freshwater Creek Bakery cakes here! AND fresh flowers at good prices out front. Can get quite busy at times.

The produce is so fresh; the staff are friendly, and the covid policy strictly adhered to. If you need an iced sponge for unexpected visitors, Harvey's is the place.

Wow. We pay a bit more for our produce but get A grade goods that have no waste. Just love this business.

Customer service standards have dropped considerably. Not getting the service or quality I have been used to, might be awhile before I visit here again.

Working in health I am fully aware of concerns around COVID-19 however you don’t have to be aggressively rude to customers about it. I carry my own hand sanitiser that I had literally just used as I walked from the butcher next door and was still placing it back in my bag as I attempted to enter, however your staff aggressively refused entry unless prepared to use the one on display that 100s of people have touched. I’ve shopped here for over 10 years and I won’t return.

Good quality produce, pleasant store, friendly helpful staff and quick service. But pricey though.

Awesome for fruit and veg - great quality and value. Also excellent for boutique grocery items.

Wonderful grocer and gourmet pantry supplies. The range of pastries, tarts, and quiches is impressive, not to mention their cakes! And their Deli section! Local meats and cheeses and fresh gourmet dips and pate!
The store is well staffed, they never keep you waiting! Produce is always well stocked and well presented, and FRESH!
Good range of gluten free products too.

I absolutely love this shop. The quality is really above what i get in the supermarkets. Its hard to just buy what I need as everything is so tempting.
