Customer service so hit or totally miss. Have purchased couches washing machine a tele and a number of split systems. Went to buy a new vacuum sealer today no one wanting to serve.
The sales team need to learn customer service from the delivery guys always 12/10.
Not sure would bother going back.

Ordered a new Smeg fridge from them in Swan Hill, they went way above to obtain this particular fridge, and delivered it. Outstanding service, thankyou Dan.

Pretty good had a few speakers on display had the Sony xp500 playing so you get an idea of what its like to own one and how it sounds and TV's on display galore and just tones of bedding and other appliances

Really unprofessional. Will take you for a ride if they can. I will never shop there again. Ever. Went to buy a computer monitor. I explained I didn't want one too pricey, and it had to have an HDMI port. I chose a Lenovo on display. The guy went out back and came back saying they didn't have any in stock, but they had an Acer. I asked how much, and he said, "I can do it at the same price if you want it. " $298. Doing me a favour? I asked if it had an HDMI port, and he said, "Yes, and other ports you probably won't know what to do with. " When I got it home, it had an HDMI port and a VGA port. That's it. The resolution wasn't as high as the Lenovo, and I started looking into it online. It was advertised on the Harvey Norman website at $198! When I took it back for a refund, he asked what was wrong with it, so I told him he'd charged me $100 more than it was worth for a start. His response was, "What do you mean? " I showed my phone with the page up. I don't think he even clocked it was Harvey Norman. Started talking about their price guarantee. I shouldn't need it when the lower price was on their own website! And it was only on sale for $50 less than normal price. So, at best, he ripped me for $50 more than it was worth.

This is quite a small Harvey Norman, but the staff are just lovely. They are happy to order things they may not have on the shelf.

Shocking service! Visited yesterday, when the sales person found out we were from Melbourne they walked away. Went back today to purchase a microwave, a different sales person had no product knowledge and did not intend to find out any information to assist us. We will not be walking through this stores front door again. Maybe customer service training would go a long way and keep customers happy ‍️

Absolutely woefully… if Swan Hill had any other option they’d be closed. The service by some staff is atrocious. Been there plenty of times for certain items and they don’t have them. Other times you have to take stock off floor… this was before Covid times… seriously though some of the staff make me angry. A couple of them a decent….

If the staff have to wear a mask, could they please wear them properly, not hanging down over your chin, such a bad look when that's what catches the eye when you walk in the door. Made a purchase with a view from previous day as not much was given in the way of customer service, l felt l had interrupted your afternoon sleep. Dissapointing.

The staff who was extremely rude and pathetic when it comes to customer service but when you ask them about manager the manager comes in and shuts you up instead of helping out the situation, he tells you to get out this store

CARL is the current MANAGER and his service is very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Carl was not willing to understand the problem we were put into by a faulty product purchased only days ago. Carl would not listen to my side of the story and would not cooperate with me to amend the problem …. Carl was ill spoken and lacked basic customer service skills - which I would believe to be imperative in a managers role …

Very limited range and have had very mixed customer service experiences. When I purchased a set of goods to setup my new house (Fridge, Washing Machine, TV & toaster) I had a very helpful lady assisting me with my purchase and when the fridge had an issue with the door, they were very accomodating offering to keep the floor stock reserved for me until the manufacturers warranty was sorted out.

My bad experience though was with the front half of the store with some bed linen that I bought at another HN and thought I would be able to return at this HN store. I had a lady serve me who said they couldn't help me because the manager wasn't there and to come back another day (I work full time though and weekends was my only option) and she was carrying on about the way the other store had processed the transaction and how its all wrong, why would they do that, etc etc - something that I reminded her numerous times WAS NOT MY FAULT as I didn't process the transaction. I went in when the manager was suppose to be in though the same lady served me again and told me the manager said they couldn't return it and AGAIN went on about the way the transaction was processed.

Certainly not a place I would recommend for customer service. I had to find a staff member and ask for help. I asked what come with the product, no product knowledge she had to read the box. I proceeded to the checkout where the girl made the transaction and then walked off. I had to then ask for a receipt before picking up the heavy product before leaving the store.
