No Click and Collect parking spaces available - one seemed to be taken by a regular parker as no one in the car for quite a long time. I waited about 25 minutes for my order to be brought out after notifying them I had arrived and had to call twice and enter the store several times to understand what was going on. Won’t be purchasing from them again.

I’ve been here quite a few times over the past few years and have never had an issue. Today I went in to get my PS5 DualSense controller replaced due to a “mushy” square button. They gave me a brand new one on the spot without any fuss.

Big store, heavily stocked, lots of parking. Lots of staff ready to make a deal.

Pricing is a bit loaded against people wanting credit terms, so paying with your own credit card may be an advantage.

It's always worth comparing the HN offer before deciding against competing stores. HN often get my business with the best deal after a bit of a haggle.

Worth a visit.

Well organised pay and collect. Full pot on the stars because the people on site went that extra mile to make sure I got what I was there for and were ckncerned to check properly and follow through with each other.

Poor support. My order got delayed for more than 3 months. They gave no clear answer when it will be ready and still waiting.
Don’t think about any support if needed from this branch

On a good note, the staff who attended to me seem to know the items in the store - which is a plus point. E.g. He could pinpoint the TVs of the similar specs from a range of brands with ease (i know this because I've done my research prior and his recommendations were pretty accurate). He followed us around, which was somewhat useful because we could ask for his opinion (although not so insightful as he doesn't give much details as to why he would recommend an item). I personally felt a bit uncomfortable having him following us around but thought that it's the kind of service that HN gives their customers.

On the negative notes, he was tad bit pushy to make us decide on buying the items on that day itself, despite us repeating ourselves that we will consider/shortlist those that he has shown (as we still have a long list of items to buy and it was impossible for us to decide there and then). The climax was when we told him we still need time to think and won't be buying yet. He said 'Thank you, Sir' (sarcastically) without even looking and said 'Waste of my time' while walking away (which we could hear very clearly). I was completely shocked at the behavior. I know that not all staff are like this and of course, ideal situation is when the buyer makes purchase there and then. But I'm sorry, Harvey Normal, I'm a bit traumatized now to step into the store again.

Drove 30 minutes to this store as it was the closest store to me that had the camera I wanted in stock. Had a look on the website the night prior and it was discounted, with no advertised end date. Drove to the store in the morning, only to find out the price had ended and it had gone up $100! I asked if it was possible to match the 'sale' price as I didn't know it was ending, and the guy was blunt and just said nope and couldn't have cared less honestly. I then asked if he'd match an online store, that was only $14 more than the original sale price I was after. He said no because its an online store (so why have HN staff matched online stores for me before then?). So I drove home empty handed. I messaged HN via their online chat, and asked if they would match the online price and they said sure thing! So I had to then do another hour round trip to pick up my click and collect. So thank you very much to the original guy who wasted my time. I'll be sure to shop elsewhere with less useless staff next time!

Messy store, staff pretend not to see you while waiting for service, Clara/kiara (I couldn't quite get her name as I had to dive out of her way) needs to go back to customer service 101 on don't nearly knock customers over charging through the store cos you're in a bad mood. Don't work in retail if you don't like people that much. Smiles are for free honey. Carpark is way too tight. Show room is cramped and too much stock out. Very poor signage for checkouts, people all over the place as they didn't know which was a checkout and which was customer services. Why are you still using MsDOS as an ERP? Not an appealing experience.

Visited the store and was directed to the area I needed by an extremely pleasant salesman. He found someone to assist me who immediately understood what I needed and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive item. (I had already been to your competitors and had left after unsuccessfully finding someone to assist.)

Great customer service as always. Ordered the TV one day, delivered the next day, with good sms alerts letting me the delivery status and expected drop off. My ovens and washing machine were no exceptions. Keep up the great service Gerry and team, you have one loyal customer right here.

ONLY IF I CAN RATE ZERO
bought a bedframe fron HN months ago turns out it was faulty (sizing problem the drawers wont fit into the frame which will cause support problem) - we spot it right away, then the store sent some 'professional' to vertify it - like we dont know how to assemble a bedframe.guaranteed will have it replaced in a month, however, after we phoned. They first lie about calling us back, then ask us to wait for another two month after 6 weeks waiting. They then offered to exchange to totally different design, however wont return the price differeence.the most time wasting and appealling experience i ever had! Unprofessional constant lying staff, faulty product, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Went to purchase a new fridge and the assistant, Jarred, was amazing!

He spent the time to go through the different options and also looked up the specs to make sure that the fridge would be best suited to our kitchen - and gave a great price on it too!

He then spent the time to make sure everything was processed correctly (paid with lots of gift cards) and then gave a follow up call when stock came in.

Super happy with Harvey Norman Nunawading and Jarred - highly recommend!

We went to Harvey Norman to check up on washing machine, was promptly met by salesperson Benjamin Ng. He was friendly, professional, courteous, helpful and knowledge full.he was able to explain the different brands which help us make up our minds. We did not feel pressured, none the less we were glad we bought from him because not only is he a good salesperson, he provided us with excellent after sales service, minor issues and hiccups were promptly attended to. I have no hesitation in buying other products from HN with him as my salesperson

It was clean, people were social distancing, had a large range of stock. We were asked if we needed assistance and said not at that time, and didn't get asked again.

Very disappointed with service. Bought three pairs of sofas from them. One of them was custom made which is not according to design at all. Anyway we accepted but there were few issues with headrest and back of sofa. When we raised up this issue, told by staff why you bought. Chased up to talk with manger for weeks then ending up talking with head office. Head office accepted the issues but management clearly refuse to fix up the issues. Strongly recommend please don’t waste your time and money on NUNAWADING Harvey Norman furniture department. You will end up paying for bad service, bad products.

Great phone service and very efficient staff on floor in store. Upon reading use instructions I realised my elderly mother had not been made aware of the fact that the new Dyson heater/cooler remote control could interfere with pacemakers or defibrillators when close. It just would have been good to be informed by staff of this.

We bought 3 sofas sold as first quality and that's not the case at all! They arrived with stains all over the back of the sofas and the only thing they could tell us was that they would come to recolor the damaged parts.they didn't want to know about a refound and told us they couldn't do anything else.you cannot sell second quality sofas for new sofas! We paid a lot of money and didn't even get a refund! This is ridiculous.we will never buy from them again.

Very disappointed with the over crowding at the electrical checkouts on Sunday afternoon. When we entered the queue, there were about 30 people crowded around 2 checkouts with minimal social distancing and no markers on the floor. Notably salespeople were staying with their customers and adding to the crowd. Checkout process was slow and customer details are not shared between stores so we had to be re-entered into the system.

We only came to Harvey Norman as the Good Guys down the road was sold out of the product we wanted.
