I have found Harvey Norman to be the tech "go to" place. Not always the cheapest but has what you want (mostly) so this trip was exactly what was needed and the tech knowledge was excellent.

Sold my mothers couch on her when it was completely paid for it. Told me they would deliver the half of the couch they didn’t sell, outdoor setting and dining table at 2 o’clock. Still here waiting at 7: 30pm. No one has a clue what their talking about when you call. Never again will I spend a cent at this joint. Spent over 7000 and tempted to return it all and get a refund.

Harvey Norman. It has the variety of electrical, Home appliances and furniture. Store is clean and well staffed. Staff in the furniture section seem to be slightly relaxed in their assistance response.

Bought a dishwasher and bed bases, thr dishwasher was ready the next day to click and collect. The men out the back were very friendly and helpful.

I brought a Tempur mattress from Andrew today. His customer service skills and knowledge of the products were amazing. Would definitely recommend Harvey Norman Mildura

This is a chain store, which is no different to other electrical stores. The staff will generally approach and confirm if you require assistance shortly after entering the store. It is conveniently located on one of the main roads through Mildura.
It appears that most Harvey Norman outlets are independently owned, therefore don't assume that if you have a faulty product that you can take it any Harvey Norman, as you may be surprise if you have to return it to the particular store you purchased from.

My partner had taken a laptop in for repairs and thay lost it and there respons was that thay cleaned ther store room out so thay no longer have it.no follow-up phone call after leving the lap top for repairs.the laptop was previously brought for 5000 thousand dollars so now my partners out of pocket 5 grand and without a laptop.i hope the staff member that has it is enjoying it.

Large place. Electronics, gadgets, house furnitures, etc.they've got almost everything except a public toilet

Purchased 2 King Coil matresses and promised delivery on 19/1. Arrived at shop as no response from salesman (Nic) only to be advised the 1x Queen matress would only arrive in mid February. Spoke to the manager Andrew who seemed helpful and offered us the demo model which we declined and then offered us another model slightly more expensive at the same price which we agreed to buy instead as he had stock. As we get ready for payment we get informed that the other matress (Double) that the salesman told us they had in stock was actually going to be a demo model for the NEW price! Double trouble with both salesman at the store. Left me in my new home with NO MATRESS and to think I have never thought twice to shop elsewhere as I always had positive experiences in the past. Working in the community as a medical professional i have never felt so disappointed, ripped off and misled, extremely poor customer service Harvey Norman Mildura! DEFINITELY WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A NEW MATRESS, EMPTY PROMISES AND PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY!

Liam the young man who helped me in the photo centre was awesome. He went above and beyond in his customer service, very happy!

Harvey Norman has a special on floor rugs, just need a new one. Jenny at Mildura store was so helpful and patient with me make a decision. Love ️ my new rug.

I have had previous several bad experiences with these guys, but the other day I had a young lady named Tahnee go above and beyond good customer service and helped in so many ways. She made the whole experience quick, easy and hassle free. Great job Tahnee.
