Vincent, Brad and Solomona just dropped our new fridge off - they even moved our old one into the garage and had to take the front door off and on again just to get the fridge in - it was no issue for them and all round a really easy and pleasant experience, I recommend these guys 10/10
Sam and Vincent dropped off our washer tower, fridge and tv today. They were so careful with the walls and were so kind especially when I requested to have the washer moved.

No customer service present at the Photo Centre when I came to pick up my printed photos. Many staff standing around elsewhere who did not come to help. Disappointing experience unfortunately.
The sales person wasn't helpful at all. I pointed out which fridge I wanted to buy, he quickly said 'Out of Stock' and I said what about similar ones. He said the same and without offering any help or suggestions. So I commented to him that he can't help me, he smiled and said he can't. So I smiled and left.
I understand if there is no stock but there wasn't any customer service or at least an apology. I will think twice about coming back again.
Bought washing machine Boxing Day delivered & installed next day as promised - great! However, machine did loud, violent spin cycles, moving it across laundry floor & pulling out plug at wall. Rang HV & told ring Electrolux - booked service call earliest available in 2 wks. Was suggested check underneath make sure travel strapping been removed. Couldn't as heavy 8kg's & have arthritis in hands. Thought surely professional installer would have done that but NO! Discovered days later when friend came & looked. Just rang HV asked be put thru to 'whitegoods' Explained everything only to be told speaking with 'electricals' so finally get correct section & explain AGAIN! Was told busy time/day prob not usual delivery/installers. My suggestion was make sure hire reliable staff as falls back on HV's name/reputation. Also if happened to me prob also did others on same day. Guy I spoke to said would mention it (to whom?) but don't think will happen as he seemed/sounded uninterested. 1 star review in response to all of the above incompetence & wasting of my time️However, machine now works/washes nicely so would give it 5 stars!

I find Harvey Norman in general a tad expensive. There are better deals, certainly on furniture, to be had elsewhere. Having said that, the staff are friendly and there are a wide variety of goods available and you can sometimes negotiate a better price.

Excellent service from Mohamed Razeen from the air conditioning dept. Gave knowledgeable information on the unit and organised installation the next day. We are very happy with our Fujitsu 7.5kw split system which was a replacement of our 15 y.o unit. Big shout out to Sam and Pete from Advanced One for installing the unit.
Very poor service…. I bought tv panel… it’s been 3 days & they are saying it’s not wrap up… wasting time… I will give them zero for customer service….

Don’t know whether they’re understaffed or not but it takes forever to get your order from the warehouse. Have waited over 30 mins every single time.

Bought a Dreame h11 max from this store 6 months ago. After 6 months, there was an issue with the charging unit and manufacturer Dreame told me to contact store of purchase regarding replacement. Took the unit back to store and they wouldn't issue me a replacement unit until they can get a confirmation of credit from Dreame. Obviously an issue between Harvey Norman and Dreame and not sure why I should get caught up in between when I have already paid for the product. Been more than a week since I brought the unit back and stil they have not been able to confirm with Dreame. What is the point of warranty then. Also they said I would have to pick it back up from Maribynong store and not my store of choice. Again I do no understand that, I have been inconvenienced for so long without the product I purchased, the least they could do is to let me pick up from a store more convenient for me.
