71Pragat was really helpful and showed us different beds and helped with pricing. We kept asking for prices for 4 different beds and he has shown all of them patiently and helped with all the different payment options available to me. Overall it was a very seamless experience for me.
Very dissappointing customer service in laptop department. The customer service is disgusting, we dealt with philip and, he has no regard or respect for the customers. I wait for 25 min at the counter for just one invoice with my 7 months old daughter. Instead of serving customer he prefferd to sort papers behind counter he serve 3 customer in front of me and to me he said i am from tech, customer service is not my department.
Harvey norman is a big brand, As a customer i expect better customer service from staff.
I think harvey norman should train there staff how to deal with customer more professionally.
A warning from our recent experience: it’s best not to order out of stock appliances.
First, staff were good. Not as empathetic and helpful as we’d like, but pleasant enough. They just have their way of doing things which is not very customer focussed.
Our dishwasher was out of stock but we were happy to wait a few weeks if needed so we went through the process of ordering, paid a deposit and left.
Fast forward one month and one day later we got in touch to see where it was at. We got a call back later that day to say the supplier has no ETA, and they tried to offer us the same model in a completely different colour (black instead of stainless) as a solution.
We heard nothing along the way from HN and it could have been who knows how long until anything would happen.
Refunding was a pain because they tried to insist on the original salesperson processing it and they were busy. It’s just not a fun time and we won’t be keen to shop with HN if we can avoid it.
Well price was good and was easy to order online. The product was delayed by 2 weeks which is understandable but unfortunately even after 2 weeks there was no communication from Harvey Norman. I only got to know about the product when I call them after a month. It didn't stop here. They sent me an email to collect the product from Click & Collect bay. Well I reached there and clicked on I am here. But no one came out and then they told me to go at the back to collect the product from a very rude tradie sitting behind glass wall. Not a very good experience collecting the product!

My husband and I popped in to Harvey Norman Hoppers Crossing to hunt down a Smeg Coffee Machine in pastel blue as a gift and Golf was SUPER EFFICIENT and helpful in sourcing a store in Victoria that had one! Thank you so much for your incredible service Golf!
Poor Customer service!
I am a loyal customer with Harvy norman for more than ten years. I purchased all of my furniture and electronics as well other house contents from Harvey Norman occationally. Yesterday I went to the hoppers crossing harvy norman store to puchase carpet cleaner. I directly went to the near by customer attendant to ask the item I needed in more details. The staff member went and told other staff member to serve me and been told the right staff member to help me.
After waiting for more than 20 minutes the same staff asked me if I got help, I told him no one talk to me so He called them again. After another 15 minutes the staff member came and told me that they are going to close in 10 minutes and also he is going to pick up his kids. I was disapointed and told him why you wasted my time if you don't help me? He didn't seemed to care so told to the other rude staff member which both are racist and treated me unrespectfuly so I left with out puchasing what I want and wasted my golden time.
I never exprienced like this poor customer survice in any other stores. Very disapointed. I will not recomended this store to any one, do not go there!
Speak with Branko if you're buying a TV and Audio devices. This gentleman has an in-depth knowledge of products and provide you an excellent experience by suggesting the product that matches your budget and needs. Also provide a deal that you can't resist.

Very disappointed with click and collect service. I ordered Samsung S21 ultra on 26th December (boxing day) still haven’t got the item. I inquired about the delivery but not got the satisfactory answer as not clear with stock availability and exact delivery date.
Lots of variety to see, but prices seem higher. Are known to give good deal if someone can negotiate well
Customer service was subpar here, barely anyone helped me for 20 Minutes. Eventually met with Tran. Was very knowledgeable and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. I know it’s busy and Covid lockdown made things difficult but you could’ve at least acknowledged my presence.
Tran is an absolute superstar and asset to Harvey Norman HC. His Customer service, enthusiasm and knowledge is simply rarely found these days. Thanks for your assistance, look forward to coming back and buying some more goods for our properties. 10/10
Actually getting our furniture delivered is proving to be a pain in the a**. Harvey Norman happy to pass the buck and not do anything to help at all.
I purchased a Fitzroy coffee table from these guys and it exploded by itself! The store manager said nothing doing and flatly refused to help. Stay away from these dishonest retailers.
Very expensive and they put 50% discount which is a illusion. Still expensive after 50% discount when you compare with other bedding shop.
I came to pick up my order, which was already paid for. I called twice (I thought they had already forgotten about me). People who came after me have already taken their order. And I still stood like a deer in the middle of a field. I ended up getting my order in 30 minutes.it is my dream, after a long day at work, to wait half an hour for vacuum bags (sarcasm). This was my first and last experience with this local store.
Good quality product and customer service, like to thank Kain (truck /delivery person) very helpful. I was unable to locate some parts of sofa, I called him, he came back to my house and helped me locating it inside the sofa assembly. Thanks kain appreciate your help mate
Good service overall. Only inconvenience was that i selected click and collect in store but was asked to come to drive through, so had to take a short trip as was already parked at bunnings
TOC is an amazing sales person he won’t let you go out empty handed, he isn’t pushy at all- not one bit, but because he will you the best service, you’d forget about the price and be silly not to buy from him. He met & exceed expectations by going above board in terms of organising an out of stock item to be available to be purchased and delivered the next day by thinking outside the BOX.
