Went looking for a printer cartridge, came home with a new printer! Good sale they jad going!

Be very careful when purchasing the extra warranty cover they offer when you buy
I purchased on the information that was told to me by the salesperson
When it was time to use the warranty, it was very different to what i was told

Visited many Harvey Norman in my time but this is the worst salesman actually told my wife she didnt have a clue what she wanted and that by buying the laptop that was advertised she would be wasting her money. Then proceeded in trying to up sell her will 1000$ of useless extras. Walked out went to The Good Guys.

Absolutely useless. To buy a simple product for 3 staff members to screw up. 50 min later we get it.this is why I don't shop in this place.never again.

Service in furniture area today Saturday 27th August 2022 was very poor, the area manager today did not care about Serving customers let the younger girl on duty be under stress.
Did not care what you were interested in buying and no discounts on big purchases.
Scratched and damaged office chair last one in stock and did not even offer to source another from another branch.
Lost business here

So enjoyed our experience at the Bendigo store. Ana (I think that was her name) couldn't have been more helpful. She had us laughing and was so friendly. Absolutely bought what we came for.

I order from this store frequently for work and my oh goodness. The service and personal touches are beautiful. Luarna is fabulous at organising orders for me, communicates perfectly and I've never ever had an issue using their services. Don't rely on a fast service on getting something looked at. If you need to, book it in about 3 months before you actually need it back. Sux

Staff member by the name of Kayla just went above and beyond for a warranty issue.

She did more than I could have expected, and went completely overboard to help fix a simple random faulty product.

Got great help from the staff in the electrical department, and excellent prices on a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a Samsung soundbar.
