Very helpful come out and checked my car to make sure they were selling me the right phone connector.

I've bought a bit of stuff and the help I get is excellent, also delivery drivers are very helpful.

Linda and the delivery guy s were amazing with a recent mattress problem. All sorted. Thanks for everything you done. That's why l keep coming back to shop with you. The service is brilliant.

Friendly staff, after 3-4pm skeleton crew of staff which causes delays in getting assistance in store. Prices are not updated in-store and bonus or cash backs not clearly advertised. You have to view online or ask staff to check the computer, hard to compare if you want to shop around this is only store that offers the variety of goods so check online for deals. Also I advise call ahead but be prepared to wait. Clean layout and upkept and tidy store. I give it a 3 as my personal experience I have only purchased one thing from this particular store but I have browsed the store on many occasions leaving empty handed as the items I was seeking needed to be ordered in. I understand this is a country store in a small town and would be difficult to stock everything as advertised. I only have 3.5 stars to give for this branch.

Small store may have what you want but not a lot of variety. Expensive to mid range on prices. Staff unhelpful, Counted 4 staff doing nothing, Not 1 asked if we required assistance. After 10 minutes we approached them and even then our request was answered with I don't know and then he just stood there looking stupid.store clean enough but Photo kiosk was filthy. Could be a good little store if the staff lifted their game

We live in Stawell and went to our local Bi-Rite for assistance. Unfortunately for us they weren't that interested in helping us. Really felt like we got the brush off. Rang Harvey Norman ar Ararat with our inquiry. The young man I spoke to was very helpful, didn't think they had what we were looking for in stock but he made a search he found what I was looking for and even put the item aside for us. We drove over later in the day paid and collected our item. We'll done and thanks

I give this store 5/5. The young gentleman that served us was polite and knowledgeable. He made a sale which is rare for me to spend money at Harvey's as staff at other stores have not been, let's just say good.

We chose to buy all out kitchen appliances here to support local business. Josh has been great to deal with. I've found all the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Highly disappointed with the standard of customer service at the Ararat store today. After basically setting up my home through them, I chose an item with a customer service assistant, went to the check out to pay to be told, sorry appears it’s been sold on line. We don’t have another. Can’t help you. What level of disorganisation do you need for that to happen. I advise you shop elsewhere. They didn’t and don’t care.

Range of good products. Staff helpful and store clean and warm. A bit cluttered, but still ok. Parking at the front made things easy. Delivery local very much appreciated.

The staff here are fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products sold. If a product is not in stock, the staff endeavours to obtain it for you in the shortest time possible.

I brought an item from Harvey Norman, and had a problem with it, I took it back to the store and it was working there, but not at home. Brendan one of the staff at the Ararat store made a house call to see what the problem was in his own time. That is exellent customer service.

I have bought all my electrical goods from here, I have nothing but good things to say about this store, quality products at reasonable prices, I also commend them on photo printing, I had a lot of photos which I printed off my mobile phone and they came out excellent like professional photography

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask about something you've seen in the catalogue, but cannot find in store. The extra mile these staff go to assist with all your concerns is amazing. Santa comes for photos, and even lets you bring your fur babies!

I think they meed a staff member near the photo section to help people who need it. Not all of us know how to bring up photos.
