Needed some safety equipment for my techs and phoned through and spoke with Sean the sales manager he quickly put me straight through to Justin the product guy whom had amazing product knowledge.l knew then this was the right place to order from. Emailed my order through that morning and headed out too see my clients for the rest of that day, before end of day my scheduler called me stating Sean had delivered the product and introduced himself to the team. Great service from start to finish Sean and Justin really expedited our requirements.

Ordered the Polar Windows through Bunnings. Windows are good quality and value, but fitting the Flyscreens presented a number of significant challenges - The parts as delivered didn't fit together. But thanks to the support of Sean (Polar Sales Manager) who followed up on my email, and provided support to modify the parts, the Flyscreens are now mounted successfully.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service! Rude and unhelpful - will be contacting ACCC to take matters further.

Very disappointed with this product, will need to find something different to replace it.
