Purchased a tv for $2495 at leongatha asked if they could do any better as I’d seen it advertised a week ago at 1999 at JB they said no, a week later they had it on special for 1999 now 1700!
And charged $40 for delivery 500 mtrs up the road, now advertising free delivery!
That’s $840 difference!
I just spent $8000 on furniture for my new house at a store in Traralgon that I would have spent locally and got free delivery.
If you want locals to support you look after the locals A bit better, very disappointed.

So friendly! Definitely give this store the time of day! Staff are so helpful they cannot do enough for u! Their prices are on par with other places & very competitive. Their delivery fee is one set price no matter where you are for large electrical items.

Friendly and helpful staff, they had what I needed in stock. Very good range of electrical and homewares and I was given a good deal on a steam mop and iron.
I will be coming back. Only thing I would say is that I wish they were open on Sundays.

My partner and I have bought many things here always with a smooth easy experience. Our latest purchase was a new TV for the bedroom which was not cheap. When setting up the TV we had a strange issue with the protective layer. I called the store and Jo answered offering great service and empathy at the difficulty of bringing such a bulky item back in. Once arriving the staff helped me unload it and Darren swiftly assessed the issue and with ease organised a replacement. I can not speak highly enough of the relief that the team has given us during the holiday season. A huge thank you to everyone there and I would encourage anyone local to shop here first as I am sure I would not have received the level of service elsewhere.

I visit hartly wells once a month to have a look around, only ever brought something once just like to look around at all the things I don’t have the money for, did buy my sons single over double bunk from here, with a new mattress, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they also learn your name! Bonus of a small town
