Great experience. Mick Abbott was informative, answered any queries or questions and made the process of buying a land easier. He has been extremely helpful and answering all our calls even after hours and on weekend.
Even we requested to remove rubbish from our lot as it was presented there before our settlement. We spoke to him and sent email and he was quick to take action on it.

Started off very well, friendly staff. Communication since purchasing has dropped significantly and no information given about continued delays. Currently 5 months behind schedule.

Started off great, until we put a deposit down, one phone call in the 6 months since deposit, land settlement has been pushed back from February now to August/September with no email or phone call or any explanation by Hartleigh. Poor customer service. Just a quick email explaining what’s going on would be great. When we purchased they basically lied about settlement as there was no chance that it could have been met at that point.

Great friendly staff at the start, no communication from Hartleigh since we signed the contract, stage 13 was meant to settle in February and keeps getting delayed, now it’s September. Hartleigh re subdivided stage 13 back February, no updates or communication from Hartleigh, very poor. Hope more people that purchased in stage 13 see this and look what version of the subdivision is in the vendor statement.

Great experience all round! Very organised, everything was well prepared in advanced from pens to documents and even a special gift! We felt valued and cared for. Thank you Alison for ur patience and diligence. What a lovely experience.
