Have ordered my car, so this review is based on the service up to signing the contract. I had browsed a few car dealers, and they ask you if you need help, then scuttle away so you can't find them when you have a question. The staff have the right mix of being fully available but not pushy. Have come away feeling good about my purchase and customer treatment.

Had a wonderful experience interacting with Veronica from the sales department.we were looking for the 2nd car which is hatchback and not heavy on the pocket. She guided us on Suzuki Baleno which was exact fit according to our requirements. She is extremely knowledgeable and clarified all our queries. I Would 100% recommend their service.

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Veronica from the Harrison Kia sales department. Was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Cerato I was looking at, teed up a test drive and also answered all questions I had perfectly, always keeping me up to date on the progress of the vehicle when I did decide to purchase. Javier who handled the finance side of it was fantastic also, explained everything thoroughly and clearly regarding process and was incredibly smooth and quick to respond to any emails I had. - Would 200% recommend to friends/family who are in search of their next new car.

Our car was delayed due to issues with international shipping and supply chain, and not due to any reason caused by Harrison Group.

From when I got there straight away Chris the sales person was so professional at assisting me with a van. Chris took the time to so me all the features for the van I test drive the van also highly recommended this place fantastic service 100% out of 100%

Enquired recently about the purchase of a used vehicle and had organised to test drive the car the following Saturday (as I live on the other side of the city and am unable to get there after work). I texted on Wednesday to organise a time on the Friday, with no response. I then receive an email from Car Sales on Thursday telling me that the car has been sold with no notification from the salesman - Mal/Marlo. I find this services to be incredibly unsatisfying, particularly as we were going to go far out of our way to purchase this vehicle.
