I am very disappointed with the team at Hyundai.l brought a brand new Hyundai santa fe back in Jan 2019. From day one this car always sounded loud for a brand new car and was always using alot of oil. Hyundai Santa fe l wish l never brought has been nothing but a lemon. My car had been serviced maybe not exactly on time during covid 2020 which l still had to use as a health care worker. I have been very unhappy with this car even took it to other car mechanics to try an work out why it was always so loud an using so much oil. Once again my car is off the road which has been the story of its life. This time car needs a new engine even though it has only done $64,000 on the clock. Another $10,000 to fix at my expense. The sales team are only interested in selling you new cars
Not at all interested in fixing your cars problems. To all my health care worker friends and families do not buy cars from Melton Hyundai. Am sure other Hyundai dealers may treat you better than this mob but stay away from the Sante fe lemons. My santa fe model never towed anything or did any heavy work. From day one it sounded like a truck. Even when l would go through a drive through coffee place l would have to switch car engine off. I expect more for my money an at least feel l should get more than four an abit years from a new car. The team tells me this is normal for new cars these days. Thanks to my lemon car l have to get other care workers to pick me up. Not going to let my lemon car upset my life anymore. Now that it needs a new engine Hyundai Melton not interested in fixing. Goodluck to all the people who buy cars from this cold dealership. Be careful they are very fake.

Brodie was wonderful and patient with me when following up my enquiry about a new Hyundai Kona and understanding my want to test drive it before ordering. Sam was then wonderful in helping with my pre-order when circumstances changed and Brodie was away. Can't wait to get my new car!

Beware, I brought a used car, that sales men said only selling quality cars.so I believe him, I very busy at work so not time too do rdwc, sales men not we give you full rdwc.
3 weeks ater, broken down in hwy.cost me $800 to fix and mechanic tell me brakes not good? They did RWC?
no good. No even responding me bayes but no in 3 weeks mate off buy in I sure Take too another mechanic
Took my work van in because the tow ball assembly had cracked at the weld.they informed me that I had been in an accident (which it hasn't) because the rear step was pushed in (which it has by the last trailer I had that had extended sides which hit the step when turning to sharp) and basically told that I was lying. Will never buy another Hyundai

Jason and Karen made magic happen with 2 weeks from sale to delivery of my new car. Their communication was solid throughout the entire process and even had wine and chocolates waiting when I picked up my car, such a personal touch!

Excellent showroom and very nice people. Know for their customer service and keeps their word. I ordered a car and had to cancel the order due to my financial situation. Sam was absolutely co-operative and no dramas, received the refund the very next day. Will definitely refer to my friends and family to Harrison Hyundai and this will be my first choice when I'm buying a new car in future.
Could not have asked for better service from Sam and the rest of the team at Harrison Hyundai. We where well looked after when we first went into the dealership and spoken to with honesty and integrity. Sam’s follow up service once we had ordered the car and once we had picked it up was outstanding. He made sure we where happy with everything and the whole process went smoothly.

Sam was awesome at Melton Hyundai, absolute star, would highly recommend buying a car with sam. There were a few hiccups with customer service at head office, but the dealership were awesome.

Harrison Hyundai especially Sam Barbera have been very helpful throughout the whole process. Dad and Mum visited the car yard and Sam was great in showing them the car and he rang me and sent pictures as I was at work. Sam has been accomodating in working a day for collecting the car as I am on a late shift this week, which will be collected on a Saturday. Looking forward to picking up my new car. Excellcent service from the moment we stepped onto the lot. Sam Barberra showed us the Tuscon and explained about the delays being experienced We took the car for a test run and were so impressed placed an order that day. Sam kept us in the loop as to when our car would be delivered and when we picked it up everything was explained well and I was very excited to drive my lovely car home
