Harris Technology has a great rewards program that offers discounts and exclusive offers to members. I highly recommend joining if you're a tech enthusiast.

Harris Technology has a great selection of gaming accessories, from keyboards to mice to headsets. As a gamer, I always find what I need at Harris Technology.

A warranty process does not take more than 6 weeks, especially when I have called at minimum once every two days to tell them the urgency for this laptop to be fixed. Something that definetly needs to be worked on is their communication as if my operator is not on, I can’t discuss my situation with anyone else and I won’t even receive a call back. I will have to find the time everyday to make sure they are doing their job.

I've purchased several products from Harris Technology, and I've always been impressed with the quality and durability of their products. They truly offer the best of the best in tech.

Pray you never have a warranty issue with a product from this place. They just fob you off endlessly, the "Ebay department" only responds once per day very late. If you telephone they just fob you off. If you demand to speak to the store manager enough times, they will transfer you to a phone that doesn't answer. Never again. When they were in Officeworks store, they were reputable, now just a shonk flogger of stuff and wash their hands if you have a claim.

I can’t rate 0 stars but I would if I could. Just don’t. I waited over 2 weeks for a printer to be delivered between two Melbourne suburbs. Really? How is that possible? HT sent quick enough but their courier company Aramex is the worst of the worst. While ever they use Aramex I also rate HT the same. Customer service from HT was tedious and painful. Because I ordered via ebay they said I needed to go via the ‘ebay team’ which was messaging only. It was like I wasn’t supposed to talk to HT but it’s the same company. But in any case, Aramex was even worse. There wasn’t any customer service at all. Even if you think you’re getting a good price, trust me, it won’t be worth it. I now wish the printer itself is trouble-free because I would hate to have to go through the process of returning it. I used to buy from HT when they had stores, but now I think it’s purely a barebones warehouse/drop shipper/overseas call centre with no regard to customer service and their Australian customers. Avoid.

Worst seller On Ebay. They are refusing to refund my money for a Macbook Air. Its been 20 days since I started the return process, return is shown as delivered to them on AUS Post, and they arent processing my refund. A real nightmare!

Bought from Amazon so not sure who is at fault here but sent Internal Hard Drives in a padded envelope only that looked like it had been through a washing machine - be careful

Absolute scammers. I purchased one thing and they send something else, 4 weeks later still no refund or replacement. I already send the wrong one back.

Harris Technology runs a little eBay store in which they sell heavily discounted OEM software (which is already a big no-no and against the license terms), however they're also in the business of denying responsibility of their own screw ups.

I purchased antivirus licenses from HT in late November 2021 and used 3 of the 7 keys that I purchased. I had intended to use the remainder of my licenses upon visiting my parents, however COVID put a stop to that.

I eventually made it out to my parents and attempted to activate my purchased software and was met with a screen telling me the license was invalid and could not be activated.

29/01/22 - I contacted HT to advise that 4 of the 7 the licenses that they sold me did not work.

29/01/22 - HT responds, advises that the license needs to be activated by 31/12/21.29/01/22 - I respond to HT, thank them for their quick response, and ask if their ad said that the license needed to be activated by 31/12/21.8/02/22 - I send a follow up message to HT as they did not respond, asking again where they stipulated the licenses had an expiry date.

9/02/22 - HT responds and says the same thing - keys are expired, no refunds.

9/02/22 - I respond and advise them that I did not ask for a refund and that I wanted replacement licenses.

I have yet to hear back but at this point I doubt there will be any amicable solution to the issue.

Interestingly enough, HT have since updated their eBay ad to advise that the keys expire. They have time to update their ads but apparently do not have time to respond to their customers.

Also funny to note that they've now discounted the software to $1.99 and are attempting to sell expired license keys for whatever reason.

Steer clear of this rubbish store and their deceptive practices.

Would not offer a direct replacement when there was stock at supplier/warehouse for a faulty keyboard

Ordered from this company on eBay with a generic code "DISCOUNT15A" for $15 discount. A few days later they claimed that "a mistake was made by one of our staff members when offering an eBay coupon to one individual customer on 3 November. Due to inexperience, the $15 coupon was made public and was shared across Ozbargain, when it was originally intended for private use by one person. " and Harris Technology cancelled my order.

However, the promotion was actually advertised on eBay by eBay itself instead of just offered to one individual customer. Many customers who are in the same boat as me received the same email with the same discount code can only be used for a minimum spend of $100.

So what I think is that:
1. The original discount code was NOT offered to just one individual customer.
2. They forgot to add a condition of minimum spend of $100 in the original discount code.

I ordered some glue sticks on the Harris Technology ebay store using a coupon code, but my order was cancelled and they sent me an email giving a completely false reason why I couldn't use a coupon code advertised across their entire ebay store and that automatically applied itself at checkout. I've posted an image of the email so you can see how much of a scam this company is.

Purchased an item via Ebay, waited a week for delivery, however the order has been canceled without any contact at all. The cancellation reason suggests "Issue with buyer's delivery address" however I have used this address on Ebay for over 9 years without any issues at all.
Company is very dishonest, would not buy from here, appalling customer service

The company advertised an eBay deal but then canceled all the orders.

I understand mistakes happen but then to send out an email stating
"one of our staff members made a mistake when offering an eBay coupon to one individual customer.it was made public and was shared across Ozbargain", it's a complete lie. There was a banner on the eBay page advertising the deal.

Then, they cancel the sale and blame the buyer for using an incorrect address - yet another lie.

Steer clear.

Bought two items from Harris Technology Ebay Store and they have cancelled the orders and will not ship

Purchased a refurbished laptop, was extremely difficult to make contact with both the store and the warehouse to arrange pick up, although everyone was kind it was frustrating.

Showing some understanding as they're still working from home and there is an obvious disconnect between the sales staff and warehouse.

If they can rectify this issue it would have been a 5 star.

Company posted a voucher proudly on their eBay store page.
After purchasing multiple items from them using the code, they then claimed the voucher was leaked and not for public use and blamed the intern for the mistake.
They honoured some items I purchased with the code and then refused to send some other items.
And they have not provided a refund!
Clearly they are lying to their customers as their story does not match the outcome.
Next time instead of making excuses and lying to people, take some responsibility and apologise and give the people back their cash!
