The fella that works there went out of his way to walk me through the different options I had when buying a quilt. I'm not a shopper and I don't have a knowledge of manchester so his customer focus was much appreciated. Thanks

Bad customer service. I visited the store to return some quilt cover set however the sales assistant told me that can’t accept this even though it was unused and in original packaging. I try to explain that there return policy allows return of this product.
But Seles assistant didn’t want to accept. I drove to another store and return without any questions. I recommend that the staff must be better trained on your policies and try to understand customer needs.
I waste whole day driving between stores.

Fantastic customer service and a good range of products with competitive pricing. I visited on Monday looking for mattress Topper that was on sale, the very friendly customer service woman searched until she found one for me, which I appreciated greatly!

Brilliant store for homewares.
We were very pkeased with the awesome 56 piece cutlery set we bought there today. A real bargain!

Worst customer service. Cashier accused of me lying about the price when it didnt scan correctly and i told her there was a clearance price sticker in that section and she argued with me and told me to show the her where the price was mentioned. She could have handled this politely. Will never go back there again.

Cashier Maria incredibly rude. ‘You have to read better’ telling their costumers. Seriously what is wrong with people?

Alicia served us and she was very pleasant, professional, and cheery. We bought lots of plates & bowls which she carefully wrapped.it was time consuming for her but was muchly appreciated.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Bailey at Harris Scarfe in Preston. I was shown great customer service by Bailey and he demonstrated great patience, understanding and knowledge with my many queries and concerns. I left feeling relieved and worry free after a great experience with Bailey.

Click and collect order was ready to pick up in under 2 hours. Very convenient shopping experience

Purchased a medium height memory foam pillow over the weekend, at no point during the transaction did the store assistant explain that there were no refunds on pillows (even when I mentioned that I was unsure about the memory foam).
Tried to return the unused pillow today and Store Manager refused to exchange even though the pillow was unused and I had my receipt.
Poor customer service and explained that it was my bad luck and that I should've checked the website.
Disappointing to say the least, would not reccomend purchasing here.

The signs said things were on sale when they weren't. The staff were indifferent, although friendly enough. It was a case of "computer says no"! A little frustrating - and yes, definitely a 1st world problem! After my last experience it was a disappointment. Still, I'm pretty sure I'd go back if I was in the area.

What lovely, caring and kind Staff. Finally I could return a few things and exchange my coffee cup. I'm really touched by the amazing Customer Service. Nothing was a bother and they were so efficient also. Very refreshing to get such care and I appreciate it so much.

Went into the store with the catalogue. Bailey served us. He would be the most rude, lazy & unhelpful sales assistant you will meet. He refused to honor the sales until we showed him the catalogue and even then it was like asking for his life. So we left and did our shopping elsewhere. Bailey get your facts right before you become a p****

Great store and the lady was very nice to me when I had an accident in the store when I u fortunately wet my pants

Not impressed. Bought bedding and pillows during COVID lockdown. Called recently when stores were open to change unused pillows over. Drove all the way across town based on getting the ok over the phone, then was shown through the range by a helpful sales staff who knew I was changing them, and then got a flat out no at the counter by the manager who gave no reason why I was told otherwise.
Time wasted and policy needs to be clearer on the website if there are exception like this.

So happy that it's closer to home. Very similar set up to the Coburg store - only home wares - nonetheless great range of products at excellent prices during sales
