Went into today to 22/12 to do some last minute Christmas shopping. It was very busy.
The young girl on the registers is an asset to this store.
Checked to see if I were a member without even asking and got a decent discount for her trouble. And she was very polite.

Compact store, staff like a chat. Lots of stock and good prices. Probably the friendliest Harris Scarf store I've ever been to.

Harris scarfe always offers the best price & great quality. So why my 3 stars-Its for the very poor customer care. Its from my personal experience on the 11th of Jan-No one had the courtesy to offer a hand & on billing even when they realised that they have put the wrong price for the item (a difference of $4.70), no word of apology or reassurance which is thoroughly disappointing (The gesture seems like it was a problem with the customer for recognising the mistake.) Hope they will rectify their mistakes & will demonstrate some quality customer care in the future.

Top quality and crazy discounts atm. The best doona ever bought $750 down to $320 85% duck down no need for electric blanket warm the second you get in and stay warm all night long. Can't wait to get back to bed. Spend the money and you won't regret it!

Possibly 2 of the most miserable, unhelpful women working in the pillow/doona section. They were giving one word answers and simply walking off? !

On a positive note, the young woman in the towel section was very polite, she knew her product and was happy to help.

The staff at Harris Scarfe are very helpful and informative in helping you with any queries that you may have which provides great customer service. There’s a great selection of furniture and bedroom items to choose from that are of great quality also!

They have a lot of different homeware products at reasonable prices at the Waurn Ponds store. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. In town they also have clothes and shoes.

Friendly service, assisted with all my questions. Spacious store. Keep forgetting the store at Waurn Ponds but will definately be visiting again.

Visited this store for doona covers, pillows etc. Was very happy with my purchases and discounts. Whilst I was there Kendra, a lovely assistant greeted me and asked if she could help, she took my pillows to front counter as I continued to shop, offered to help me with receiving emails from Harris Scarfe, so as to not miss out on upcoming sales and bargains. She was so helpful, without being imposing.

This is a smaller store than the store at market Square, if your looking for a large range of goods you will be better off going to town.
