Harris Scarfe Eastland reviews
36Well stocked and very good prices. Unfortunately, they don't like honouring the "reasonable durability" part of Australian Consumer Law. Our Smith & Nobel 26l Toaster Oven failed after only two years. They don't answer the phone, meaning you have to cart the appliance and hope that your trip wasn't futile.
Xlnt place for Crockery. Pots and pans sets. Cutlery sets. Has lots of specials. The shoes when on special are good prices. Lots of Manchester. Male and female clothing. Has really cheap but very good strong quality phone charging cables in the checkout area. I use a few and they are tough and charge fast because the wires are thick. Worth visiting.
I go to Harris Scarfe at Eastland often as I live nearby and the staff are always very helpful. I can certainly recommend them.
Nothing to special about this Harris scarfe.
Hard to find staff unless you go to the front register's
It is always and is, well presented store. Well stocked, neatly displayed. Staff are extremly friendly and helpful. Today had great sales and bargins.
It was my first time at Eastland in decades, I don't like BIG Shopping Centres but I needed to go to Harris Scarfe for slippers. I was lost in the car park to start my visit and then it was where do I need to go, I finally found HS then needing help with my slippers no staff anywhere. Finally I spotted a lady hanging things onto a trolley so I asked her if she could help me and she did even though it wasn't her area. So I was happy to I got my slippers and after getting a Coffee off I went got in my car and home I went a happy lady
I purchased a thermos that was faulty. When I was going to return it somehow lost my receipt from the car to the store. I couldn't prove I purchased it as I paid cash. The staff were really helpful and replaced the thermos.
Looking for some thing a little out of season.men's scarfs. HS had some and great service, particularly from Bonnie.thankyou so much.
Good Selection of product. Friendly and polite staff. Bought a pair of chinos that where half price. Good Value. Easy parking in Eastland
Very positive experience. Found the perfect jacket with a good discount. Staff and store manager very friendly and helpful. Always worth to have a look, since the clothing is usually uniquely different while being affordable compared to other stores.
I've given them an additional star this time, purely because whoever is in charge of Merchandise Layout has done a great job. Pricing is still too high.
Everything operates in what we should be, but the economics sinking rapidly, the current government will be liable for this!
COVID-safe precautions in place, store was well presented and I found what I was looking for easily and at a great price.
Excellent store with good specials and friendly staff. They do need trolleys though, especially for heavy items.
The customer service was terrible, the staff were blunt, judgemental and reluctant to help or assist.
Ok but floor staff either seem like they're falling asleep or can't wait to go home.
Slightly better luck with cashiers.
This store is one of my fav, i am just sad it has to close most of its branches near my location
How silly does Harris Scarf think people are. Giving 40% discount on already doubley inflatted prices.
Always good value. Staff are friendly. Exchange or returns do not require a Spanish Inquisition.
It's always an adventure going into Harris Scarfe. It's like a treasure hunt. There's good stuff and there's tat, but if you want to hone your bargain hunting skills this is the place to be. I've found bargains in boots and bedding and can happily waste an hour wandering around the kitchenware.
