Lady with the glasses at the Knox store called Christina has appalling customer service. Absolutely horrible for the role at this store. What a mole. FIRE!

Went into store looking for a particular item couldn't find it and looked for assistance. Young girl by the name of Bridget was busy doing some stocking and went well out of her way to assist me. Very hard to find help these days but her eagerness to help me was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Bridget.

I was at knoxs the other day and the manger was so nice and gave me a discount and staff was nice

Of all the Harris Scarfe stores I have been to, this one seems to have the best range of homewares, bedding, and kitchenware. If you love your kitchen & entertaining guests, you could probably leave thousands of dollars at the register, like me.
They have everything from the novelty pieces that you don't see elsewhere, to the elite items you would expect to find in a professional kitchen or 5-star restaurant.

Manager refused to try another scanner when a new gift card failed to scan. They said it was due to the glue of the pin code gumming up the black strip. However this card had just been purchased and I was very careful not to contaminate the strip with glue from the pin code. Westfield Office confirmed no issues with the card. The service staff attitude was OK but I would expect more problem solving initiative from management. They also told me they couldn't cancel the transaction as part payment had been made using another card (after multiple swipes which were likely due to their faulty card reader). If the card reader was working it should have worked with the new uncontaminated card.

Alannah had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, she was helpful with every question I asked and gave personal opinions and told me about best sellers to help make my decision. Would recommend!

Checked on line whether the item I wanted was available or not. Site said yes. Went to the store, found the item and the whole job was done on 5 minutes. Hooray!

Love harris scarf loving all there kitchen cannisters and there kitchen ware, well done harris scarf and very good prices of cannisters on special, good bargains.the staff are just lovely and will go out of there way nig time to help you.

After having rude, lazy and condescending staff at Myer while trying to get a present off my friends registry list for her wedding, and ended up they didnt have any of the items in stock at the Knox Stort despite saying so on their website. Thankfully, I went to Harris Scarfe were the staff were so much nicer and more helpful, happy to find someone to help me try find something similar. I feel so bad I cant recall her name even though I asked, either Jen ir Jill, was so lovely and helpful and was happy to hear me tell what I just experienced at Myer Nd was very sympathetic. I will avoid Myer and just go straight to Harris Scarfe whenever possible in future.

Bought 2 MW rice bowl at full price with big sign said "40% off for all dinning ware".

Always great sales on great quality brands. Also love they have plus size work wear thats not horrible patterns and colours.

No staff to help, had to wait for help then didn't understand how all tefal fry pan are all one price regarding of size, please explain?

Probably would have bought more if trolley was available or if there was a person to help walk purchases to my car.

Good bargains when they have sales but quite pricey when not on sale service is usually good

Always services my needs at very good prices. It is always my go to store especially for household items.

Every time I come out of Harris Scarfe, I always feel like I got good value for my money. Staff are always pleasant.
