Everytime i go into Harris Scarf Woodgrove in Melton I come out happy. The deals are great and i always real true customer satisfaction. And to top it all the customer service is par excellence. I went in there last year when a multi processor failed and the manager (cant remember her name) was courteous and replaced the faulty unit with a new one even though she didn't have to as the warranty had expired but did it out of good will because i couldn't return the unit when it faulted in the COVID lockdown. Yesterday again i went in with a faulty air fryer and Ann the lady at the counter was so obliging- she exchanged the unit immediately for a new one without any hassle. I had the receipt it was in warranty and bam it was done in a jiffy. Thank you Harris Scarf Woodgrove:)

Despite different advice from the staff about return and refund, the store manager, Paige, said that they can't be faulted for misrepresentation because they are casual staff. How irresponsible.

I would give this store a five star for the customer service. The people working here are nice. There are many bargain priced items, you just have to look for them.

This HS store in woodgrove shopping center is great store. Have great layout and products are available at great discount. Customer service was also amazing.

I know customer service can be hard but staff could be a little nicer. I feel it may be due to having mean or bad management? Maybe reflect in this.

Shop here regularly. Always find things like cookware clothing & footwear in my size that i need here.

Love Harris Scarf Melton. Bought most of my home wares from there but today the middle aged blonde lady at the entry felt it was appropriate to bellow out and berade me for not having my mask over my mouth whilst I was drinking coffee. I understand it is her job and my responsibility to comply but a little more discretion and less effort parading me to the whole store would of been nice. I was on my way to purchasing 3 electric blankets but unfortunately I left empty handed.

Went in last week looking for items of bedding. We were asked by Tom, a young man that works in this department, if we required help. He was brilliant, polite, knew his products and helped us get what we wanted. Thanks Tom, you are an asset to the department and the store.

I love Harris Scarf. I always find something I love. And I'm a size 20.but there is always a great blouse tucked away just for me. To-day I got a blouse a nightdress dressing gown, and a lovely handbag.
