Approximately 2 weeks ago, i visited to buy a birthday present, but it was not available at all in several sizes. I did buy a cast iron grill pan at half price for myself. Unfortunately, I was charged for 2 and didn't check the receipt until later on, I did say at the time oh it all came to that much? Took it back the next morning and had difficulty getting cash back, which i used to pay with. I did not want a $50 store credit card, as they quite often do not have advertised products in stock. The salesperson did 'make an exception' this time. Her words, and added she did believe that I had only purchased one frypan!? I don't think I will be shopping at that particular store again.

Great small shopping centre providing a wide range of department stores, green groceries, butchers, fish shop, discount stores, 2 competing supermarkets Coles and Woolworths, food courts and 2 Asian supermarkets, the list goes on.

Every week there are specials on sale so keep an eye and prices reduced a lot and worth buyings as you could save heaps

When this store has bargains, they have bargains. Awesome light blue dinner at from $99-$29.99 and people ask where we got it. Wool doona, fabulous, tea towels dry really well, funky colours in sets and wash brilliantly. Fabulous place.

Great customer service, great stock and reasonable prices!

Pretty good selection of kitchen utensils and small appliances. I didn't really look for anything else but they also seem to have dinner ware and bed linen. Biggest problem is the queue at checkout - they are always under-staffed.

Glad they are still around to offer an excellent range of competitively priced products including homewares, footwear and clothing

Ordered online Sunday night and received parcel shipped from Forest Hill Tuesday afternoon. Email for confirmation of order received same night and tracking number within 24 hours. Well done team. Another 5 Stars for the Elysian 1000TC Bed linen

The deals were amazing and quality is much better than stuff at Kmart (not knocking Kmart, one of my fave places, just being factual).
I was able to get a set of 5 men's briefs for $14 (price on box was $24). I also purchased several kitchen tools and gadgets since they were all 40% off!

Not sure of why Harris scarf continue to have slow service at the check out.even when there are people lined up to purchase goods, there is only one attendant in the check outs, two other staff members having a chat in storeroom notice the line, but do nothing. Not the first time this has happened.what happened to looking after the customers that simply want to make a purchase and move on. Time to get with it Harris Scarf!

The store is nothing too flashy and looks like an older store that needs a renovation but despite that it was very clean and everything had a place and the stock was all in it's place. It is certainly a very well organised store.

All of the staff were great, cheerful and seem very knowledgeable about the products and promotions. They even told me that the items I purchased were excluded from the sale they had on honewares and then asked whether that was alright.

I must say that this was a great experience walking into this store and walking out with a smile on my face not because I purchased what I was wanting, but because of the friendliness of the staff.
So for that I must say thank you and keep up the awesome job!

Angela made me sign up to get the sales and even incorrectly noted an item wasn't on sale even though it was clearly marked on the shelf to be 30% off.always check online first (as it was noted to be on sale there too) as incompetent staff have no idea. Wasted my time and trip down but as this was the closest harris scarfe to me, i went back to purchase the sale item and was served by george. He was lovely, friendly and fast at the check out and i didnt even need to notify him of the sale as he immediately gave the right price.

Tried to avoid some of the Christmas rush and did a click and collect only to get home to discover one of the items was marked 50% cheaper than what I paid online and worse, the box was empty.

I had to go back to the store as they said they had no more and they refunded the money.

Huge waste of my time at such a busy period.

A good place with quality products. We are spoiled for choice for any product. We got bedsheet sheet from here and satisfied with the product after months of use. Thanks.

Friendly staff. Purchased for Black friday, Great offers. Great collection. Also Forest hill chase shopping is my favourite as its not crowded like Chadstone.

If you're sick to death of slumming it at Kmart, being forced to choose Anko everything, Harris Scarfe are a great alternative to Kmart & Target.

Large department store that offers discounts on most items. The general quality is excellent value.

I'm not sure that discounts are real or just manipulated to appear to offer a bargain. So choose carefully.

However, I have found some good quality bargains around the store and enjoy the wide variety of homewares on offer.

Good parking nearby.

Don't believe the crossed out price, I purchased a electric razor and thought it was great bargain but it was just sales lies. Check the web first, one star is far too many.

So good to still see Harris Scarfe stores around. Always nice and quiet to wonder around and they are so neat and tidy now.

I got lost trying to find the place, as although it is at a corner there is little signage directing you there. It's Harris Scarfe so not sure how much more I can say. Toilets are close by and they had a friendly greeter, just a shame there was no place to sit.
