Harris Scarfe - Airport West

I would like to recognise the helpful experience from staff at Harris scarf, The attentive, professional and enthusiastic coworker ‘Mia’ assisted me in finding what I was looking for and left me satisfied with my purchase. Glad to see that staff like this are working locally near me! And we’re as understanding as this young girl. 5/5 stars!

Couldn't get through to the Airport West store. I tried calling Highpoint store, no answer. I called Harris Scarfe Head office they tried calling both stores for me.
No luck, very disappointing.
Poor service

Great deals on bedding today, got a great pillow. Range is good and they still have their clothing in this one.

As I customer you would expect for a store (Westfield) to have security practices in place to stop shop lifting, however, not to have a man follow you around the store, wait outside the dressing rooms while I waited for my sister in law to try on some items and then come up right behind us at the price check scanners with what I assume was another undercover shopper pretending to be his wife as we tried to scan the items for a price check. Having followed us around the whole time we were there, the same man and woman were waiting at one of the cashiers at the front of the store (not purchasing anything. I assume they were wording up the cashier) until it was time for us to be served at which point they moved away and let us pay for the items only to find them waiting outside the store as we exited. It was a very unpleasant experience and very intimidating! We were dressed neatly, and did not present our selves in any way that would make us such a target. We will never go in to that store again! Customers have the right to be left alone when moving around the store and be no matter how discreetly they tried to be it was scary having people following you around and especially a male waiting outside the change room!

Lazy staff. They do anything but serve customers at the counter. Big line and they let one person handle it while 2 others are standing there trying to act busy folding shirts or some garbage

We went just on closing time, so I didn’t get to see a lot. It look like a neat, well stocked store. Heaps of sales. I really should’ve bought what I came for in the first place, but I only had five minutes to decide. Quite easy to get to, right next to the food court. Part of the Westfield shopping Centre Airport West. Plenty of parking.

Clean and tidy. Unsure why they threw electrical way down the back away from the other kitchen ware.
Staff at checkout and entrance were polite

Good place to get top quality merchendise at reasonable price and if look for kitchen tools it is the right place to go, as well good quality manchester, clothing and white goods.

I loved this place, I went to look at women's clothing. They had such a variety, I left with more than I intended!

This place never fails to frustrate, how hard is it to either put a price on everything or install price scanners around the store?

The boxing day sale was amazing. Thats where it ends. Went to Airport West the other day. No big specials and most products weren't priced. Couldn't be bothered so left

The recent sale was good. But you are only lucky if you get there early during the sale season otherwise you may not be able to find the right thing for yourself, specially in case of garments. They have a nice variety of bedding, Clothing and cookware.

They ad tefal set for $99 the price was right what they don't say is made in China not France

Put it like this.you want to take most of the shop home!
Got a wool jumper so warm and nice for half or less of the prices other stores sell.
Couldnt be happier!

This store is "pretending" to clear their items, but for the most part, they just over inflated their initial prices and then marked them down. I found K Mart's similar items were far cheaper. Sorry I just looked and left this store and bought zero. (as per other times!)

If your thinking of purchasing a smith&noble bench oven don't.this one is not user-friendly and if you use it you can get a refund.it's not very good For the price I paid. And the user instructions are bad this brand is also a Harris scarfe product. Very disappointed

Could be so much better if only the store employed floor staff or placed price check facilities around the place, given the focus on percentage saving rather than sale price

Was looking for a air conditioner but no one seems to know where they're being sold Target doesn't have the air conditioners
