Between xmas and new year we had a lovely midweek break in geelong enjoying all it had to offer including a great shopping spree in harris scarf I went into the intimate apparel section to spoil myself we're I was helped by April to find exactly what I was looking for thankyou and happy new year

Harris Scarfe have decent enough items but their customer service is shocking!
In-store, the sales people pretend not to see you and their online customer service is the pits. Generic response after generic response and calling them elicits a promise to respond within 24hrs, with you guessed it, another generic email response.
Just terrible and tear your out frustrating!

Good range of clothes, shoes, kitchen, bedroom etc. Really competetive prices.
Highly recommend.

Awesome sales on a massive range of products etc. Bedding is my favourite and recently purchased many items at over half the original price. Love this shop.

I can't praise the staff enough at this store. I had a Maxwell dinnerware set that had begun to show silverware deposits quite badly. I had bought this set to replace a cheap IKEA set that had this same problem, so I was quite upset it had happened again, especially with a brand like Maxwell.
I had taken it to the Waurn Ponds store where I had bought it from. They were very condescending and rude, despite being polite and informative that this is a product fault and not my own (I have researched this issue a lot). I was very upset and left.
In contrast, the staff at Geelong store were great. They were able to find the purchase despite no receipt. The manager (not sure of his name) clearly sets a friendly and helpful environment for his staff. They were able to kindly process the refund. It's so rare to find good customer service these days, so I am very thankful.

Went here to buy slim fit Stretchable work pants for myself. Couldn't find at kmart or Big w or best and less.
Harris scarfe had good options and reasonably priced.

I like Harris Scarfe. Well priced, lots of variety and quality brands and there always seems to be a damn good sale on I got a bit confused today though as the price of what I bought was different online than in store but it turned out they just didn't have the sign up. Staff were happy to check and let me know on each item as it was scanned.

When Harris Scarfe has a sale it's a real old-fashioned sale! I placed an order online and it was delivered quickly. The manchester I purchased was luxurious and comes out of the wash like brand new.

Love this store. Great staff who know their stuff and very friendly.

Having to leave your licence for a trolley,? And then having to bring it all the way back from the carpal to retrieve your licence

Ordered a slow cooker online for click & collect but was the wrong model. Had to raise this with staff who were initially reluctant that an error was made but then the correct item was produced

Harris scarfe is a great shop, love shopping there but there customer service online was terrible, it was a male, didnt get his name and he was a shocker had no empathy at all, all my fault that their online would not work, no apologies just my fault and the customer service team do not work on weekends, if you do have trouble online

Love this shop, plenty of variety and almost everything you need for the home. Would have been 5 stars except not having prices on all products or price scanners located around the store can be very frustrating.

Was so Impressed with the Staff today, Checking that people QR CODE on entry to the Store also Checking ID'S.
Also was so easy and stress free with returning an Item for a Refund.

We more or less set up the interior of our house from this store. Diverse products and helpful staff - just sometimes a little hard to find someone to help find things in the store. Great prices all round though.

Worst costumer service, mixing information to take advantage of people buying products. First and last time in this place. I wish I could give a negative score because what you people deserve.

I seriously love Harris scarfe because I love huge june sale because I seriously have got I'm looking for when I looking for so i will buy it when the item is still on sale when I got enough money to buy it in good time and right place. So I seriously will keep on shopping at the Harris Scarfe geelong store

I don't like their clothing range, but nobody can beat their manchester, bedding, kitchen gadgets etc. In these troubled times "Long Live Harris Scarfe".

I was wanting luggage, they had a range of good quality suit cases on sale which was a bonus. I had been to other stores but Harris Scarfe had a better range and better prices. Very happy with my purchase.
